I had a reasonbly decent chunk of my portfolio in TRIG but sold the lot a couple of weeks ago. The main reason being, I felt the assets were overvalued and evidently the market had also lost faith due to the steady decline in the share price. The share buyback couldn't stop the rot and the dividend yield certainly didnt make up for the continuing capital loss.

I thinik the CGAM investor is totally correct.

"30% discount to NAV" thats if you agree with the valluation of the assets. I think the market lost faith in TRIG some time ago.

Perhaps the company could do with a change in leadership. The current lot hasn't delivered value for shareholders. Maybe time for shareholders to force a change and get a new board in place with a vision that they can deliver.

Surely if a judge agrees an ex parte order, the claimant must provide compelling evidence and proof of a claim. Otherwise, the judge would tell the claimant, "Off you pop" and come back with more information. Possibly more to this than meets the eye.

Or updates from certain shareholders!

I couldn't understand why the AA JV took so long. I think the thing ARC has going for it is a data room that AA were satisfied with, so that should help from a time perspective.

I don't see why a JV couldn't be agreed inside 6 months. Although the elephant in the room is the legal disputes, my guess is that until they are resolved, there will not be another JV signed. Might get an outline agreement, but not a signed one.

Nothing like throwing a few baseless assumptions out there. Oh! the desperation.

Fulmar, will you be asking the BOD to relinquish the Long Term Incentive Plan that "aligns them with shareholders"!? From what I can see, shareholders have been roasted, but the management again, have made out like bandits. Not much alignment there.........

He could be fluffing up his own investments. I would give his views a very wide berth.
