In Fulmars world everyone has to agree with him. The fact he and a few others have contiuously called out anyone with a contray opinion to theirs is risible. Never once thought to consider that an alternative opinion could be the right one.

OOL - Absolutely, the JV provides cashflow which will get used to cover the overheads for ARCM and the other tennements they have. The JV should be carved out. Shareholders should push for this. As I stated, it gives existing shareholders, some who have been stuck in this stock for years, the chance of a return.

They can then decide, to stick or twist on ARC as an investment.

I dont understand why they dont carve the JV out into an SPV. Give all shareholders 1 for 1 shareholding in the SPV. Assuming the JV goes to plan, the JV could then become a dividend paying vehicle, it will (should) have negligible overheads, and will not be subject to the capital requirements of ARC.

Shareholders could then decide if they want to stick with NVS and his exploration fantasy, or sell their shares. This in my opinion would give long term shareholders a choice whether to stick with ARC, and additionally an enchanced return on the AA deal.
