Caddy - I think you will find the root of the animosity on this board is in the main down to the fact anyone who has a view contrary to certain individuals or criticise the BoD receive abusive responses.
I lay the blame firmly at the keyboard of a certain individual. (and his multiple pseudonyms)!
As the CEO of a mining company he's hardly going to talk his book down. f*s!
How to turn a $10m gain into a $71m loss!!
You can buy at sub 2.5p if you're brave.
52 week lows soon to be broken?
He really is the gift which keeps on giving!
Second point
"My take is that they know where this is going and will re-instate those options and a few more at a later date."
If the Board were so worried about the dilutive impact. Where is the logic in the above point you make, and what gives the Board the right to arbitrarily issue themselves additional options at the expense of shareholders?
Fulmar stated -
"2, Re the BoD "cashing in their options at a nice profit"-To-date no "cashing in " has happened and the BoD are allowing the "debt" to be "carried forward". The options closure was part of the requirements (probably Roths related) during the negotiation of the JV process. My take is that they know where this is going and will re-instate those options and a few more at a later date."
In the accounts for YE 21 & 22 there are amounts falling due of £1.129m & £1.181m relating to share option payments to persons dispensing PDMR responsibilities. NOTHING stating that payments have been carried forward and if they had the first years amount should be added to YE22? It states the amounts are "payable within one year" and Long term payables are only (£117,000)
Fulmar
Question 1 - Are you saying the accounts are wrong?
Question 2 - Why would the options have any impact for "Roths" in the absence of an equity or debt deal? "Roths"? have raised neither.
Have you read the company's accounts? If I have read the accounts incorrectly happy to be corrected.
"By cashing in their options at a nice profit and tried to paint the picture that it was in the best interest of all shareholders whilst they were the only people who benefited from this."
Absolutely hit the nail on the head here. To dress this up as a dilution factor was so disingenuous. At the time I think the dilution factor was c. 5% - 6%, to replace the options cash would now be north of 10%.
Plus the fact these Directors have not reinvested for YEARS. How shareholders still trust or have faith in this Board of Directors is beyond me.
I don't think sub 2p this week, if the selling pressure keeps going as it is I think it will be by mid Feb.
Given it takes 15 - 20 years to get a copper mine into production, what has supply in 2025 to 2027 got to do with anything?
You mean "digest the fantastic "non" news"
"what were you expecting a Jorc resource, PFS and offtake in one RNS?"
Off course not, this is ARC!
I don't know what you posted but if you don't agree with the ramping crew they report your post. I think they believe this board has an impact on the share price. LMAO!
Given that most if not all of them are underwater their understanding
of a rationale debate goes out the window. They are a pathetic bunch.
Fulmar -
3.Travelcard-lpst big on Bumi and never got over the loss-replaced Nat with Mushy posters on his care home bedroom wall. Can't add up and tries to make out he is the Oracle of trading only to get caught out time and time again !
Not sure where you got this from, I've never invested in Bumi. Yet again I think you are making things up.
Stick to copy and pasting market news, it's your level!
"Drilling indicates part of something MUCH bigger"
I wonder if the NOMAD is aware of this?
I will be slightly more generous. 2.45p on the bid.
TNR - I don't disagree with you.
What I still don't understand is that the rampers keep telling us how great this deal is, how cheap the shares are, "we are sitting on a Tier 1 asset" (really)! Cadastre images, share price graphs, MARKET NEWS!! no placing needed etc, etc.........
But you know what? ...................the Directors don't buy any.
I would probably punt the shares sub 2p but as I have previously mentioned on another thread. Only if the Directors show some conviction and invest.
I think the last Director buy was mid 2019. Not exactly encouraging!!
Sub 2p I think it's worth a speculative punt.
Either., very little or the need to do a placing.
