How much cash does the company have?
Unless this JV gets over the line rapido there must be a placing soon?
Ajwcc - how much have they actually paid for shares as a percentage of salary? Not much I would say.
Regardless of how many shares they have, the best endorsement to buy is when Directors do, they could at least show some faith in their own management ability and invest some of their salary, remuneration which to my mind is high for a Board which thus far has not delivered.
Between them they have less than 2.5%. They need more skin in the game.
As I said, I wouldn’t invest until they put up some more of their own capital.
SeisNav............. What's that song?......... Silence is Golden..........
Probably due to the new customs terminals at the border point of Angola / DRC. Jimbe and Luau. DRC being the worlds major cobalt producer and scaling up their copper production too. Not sure it has anything to do with ARC as they are years away from producing, if at all. It’s an infrastructure play nothing more.
And Anglo are there why ?
Infrastructure investment and long term freight fees. They wouldn’t be the first miner to have done this.
Would be interested to know if the shareholders mentioned sign lock in agreements. It’s a tough market at the moment and I would think the brokers will need a fair wind behind them to get it done.
Not sure the current broker can raise north of 1 or 2m.
How much cash needs to be raised?
The deal is priced in. If it hits 4p you will be lucky. Lots of selling pressure from LTH's getting out once (if) the deal is completed.
Will still be less than 4p
"my 40k i bought at 2.5 is now worth 60k. Not so bad for "Stupid Thoughts"."........... 16 times NMS, you won't get £60K.
Fulmar, If there is nothing to hide why have Tingo not released the "independent" report in its entirety? This is a cut and paste job of extracts put onto Tingo's letterhead, and all positive extracts I might add. Therefore it's not independent from a shareholders perspective. It is what Tingo want the market to see, what else is within the report?
Assuming ARC still own 3m shares in Tingo it was a material asset and shareholders should be informed as to ARC's investment. As a shareholder (questionable) you should want to know.
"Net Revenues for the Second Quarter 2023 of $977.2 Million, an Increase of 8,072% Compared to Q2 2022" and the shares are off 8%, the market knows........ Would welcome views from a gobby thick as a strawberry yoghurt ARC ramper..... sorry investor!
Interesting they don't name who the "independent counsel" are in the report and that they have only investigated "certain of the Hindenburg allegations"
In order to give the report any credibility naming the external counsel would be a starting point.
Funny how the rampers have forgotten about Tingo..........
Ramp!
I disagree adtech has huge growth potential. Also having had a look at the patents database it seems 2mee has some interesting IP which has been granted in various countries. Much prefer this to the Bolt deal.
"A placing may be accompanied by some better news, perhaps an update on the deal." - I agree, perhaps they could update that the deal will be done in weeks not months. Just a thought!
If cash gets tight they can just offload some Tingo shares!!
My take on this company is not until the Directors do. Opinions?
Hedgehog, are you on the payroll here? Me thinks thou doth protest too much.......
