So it has £300,000 of new cash for working capital. Costs associated with being listed will probably be in the region of £150,000+ excluding Directors fees. IMO, it doesn't leave enough capital for associated costs and DD related to an RTO.

I went to an institutional investor presentation on this 2018. From memory shares were about 12p. I didn't beleive a word. Why the shareholders haven't sacked McMaster is beyond me.
