It was put out via RNS because it needed to be to let the market know the amount of shares in issue for TR-1 purposes. Also it wasn't stated in the RNS who the payment was for.

Also let's not forget, equity is the most expensive form of capital as far as investors are concerned, why issue shares rather than pay in cash? Perhaps placing time not far off?

My understanding is that in order to get the exemption a prospectus needed to be lodged with FCA before 3rd Dec 2021. Hence there have been a few SPACS come to market, any new SPACS now need the £30m. I think those that lodged a prospectus before Dec 21 have until some point in 2023 by which to list.

Having read through the prospectus, I notice that the Directors are not being paid and will only receive any benefit should they complete a deal. I like this approach as too many shells have been ruined by Director fees and no deal being done. Moreover, these guys have warrants which are exercisable at 50% premium to the placing price. i.e 15p

I like the methodology here. Low cost base, i.e only the plc costs. To my mind it give investors a real chance of upside.

Agreed, that's why I like the look of this. It seems to me most SPACs are seeking to run renewable assets. Lots more opportunity in the supply chain. Decent BoD and knowledgable founding shareholder too.

Just stumbled across this shell. Looks interesting, unlike other shells in this space this one looks like it has a Board with sector investment and commercial experience. About to buy some.

I have a modest holding here, average prices 1.9p wondering whether to buy more or bale out of this one. Not sure being dual listed is a benefit at this point in the company's lifecycle, also too many options up for grabs. One to ponder.......

Strange how some people try to imply great things abut to happen because of an easy to obtain meeting. Nothing worse than a ramper donning rose tinted ramping spectacles!
