What has been incorrect in my posts?

Looking at Companies House filings, it seems the Directors of Alludium have invested £52,000. That's £2,000 when the company was incorporated in Aug 2023 and another £50,000 at the end of October 2023.

At 31/8/2024, the company had assets of £16,765. So a spend of c. £35,000. No new share allotment filings, micro company accounts. No post accounting date updates of funding.

So, here's the thing. What has the company achieved to turn its £35,000 spend into a business worth £6m+

It seems to me the barriers to entry must be about £35K if they already have a product. If no product, where is the value for Catenai shareholders?

Have any institutions bought into the placing? Looking forward to a TR1 with an investment from one with a decent track record in investing in AI. I bet there isnt one though!

Moreso PJ, Catenai has just invested c. £550K for 8.3% of a company that had Net Assets of less than £17K at 31//2024.

Seemingly no new equity has been raised as there would be companies house filings to support that. Perhaps debt post the year end to provide capital to build the software? No one knows, happy to be corrected.

The Directors of Alludium paid up the share capital of c.£50K and now have a plus 90% holding of something valued at c.£6.66m. Easy money.

The market always finds true value.
