What I don't understand is why are Shard Capital organising this when the company's broker is SP Angel?
Are Shard pitching for ARC as a client? Retail placing on the way?
SeisNav - " OBVIOUSLY the best deal done by a junior explorer in what is OBVIOUSLY the most prospective part of the Copperbelt"
Can you substantiate your statement or is it just your opinion?
It's an easy rationale. - There are 1.23bn shares in issue. The company is pre revenue and has a limited amount of cash.
I would say a valuation of £18m is being overly generous. Divide that by 1.23bn shares comes out at 1.4p and change. Sub 2p it's a punt but only if the Directors buy in.
Stopthebs - "At the casino last night I made £1600."
We all know gamblers who only talk about the times they win. Tell us about your losses?
Could you put a commodity chart and view for copper up?
I was out by a week. I suggested 3.25 - 3-40 last for last Friday. I guess there were a few stragglers late picking up on "the best deal ever by an AIM company" .
There will be more selling pressure, too many long term holders disillusioned by the share price post deal. Market makers sitting on an overhang too.
Sub 3p at Christmas. 2.25 -2.50.
On what basis were these warrants issued?
Is there a CPR we can look at?
Haven't seen the Directors buy any shares since "one of the best ever deals on AIM" was announced. Perhaps they feel the shares are overvalued. Who knows?
Puffing
I see the SEC have now suspended the shares due to "questions and concerns regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information in the marketplace concerning Tingo Group".
I wonder if ARC will issue an RNS providing clarity on the how may shares they do or do not own in the company?
Amazing how the old sayings still ring true.
I think this is now a decent short my view is 3.25 -3.40
"If we are still 4p in a year from now, then I would start to wonder what was happening" - I think you will be lucky if this is as high as 4p.
Fact - Equity is the most expensive form of capital for shareholders
"project too small for the mining majors "
So its not the Tier 1 mine that is spouted about on this board then?
Would be interested to know if there is a shareholders agreement for the JV vehicle and what the dividend policy is. Moreso given that Arc have ceeded Board control to AA.
Surprised none of the knowledgable rampers, sorry, I mean shareholders put that question forward at the investor briefing.
Now the deal has been RNS'd and as it's such a great deal.
Given that NVS and co negotiated it, surely, if it's good enough for the shareholders the Directors will be lining up to invest further. (Well, for the first time in 3 years, but lets not talk about that)!
My question.- How much will the Directors invest before the year end?
Not give any credence whatsoever to the BB posts of shareholders who can't accept an alternative view. We all know who they are.
My personal opinion was that even after "the best ever deal on AIM", (oh my)! was RNS'd this would have a ceiling of 4p. That was shot down in flames by certain individuals, and here we are. The deal is priced in and has been for ages but the "believers" would try to have you think otherwise. IMO, this will go red on Monday due to disgruntled LTH's bailing out.
Given the abuse people with contrarian views have received on this board I can only say that I am happy that certain individuals have not had the outcome their blind faith had led them to believe. You know who you are. I guess a few people are drowning their sorrows over what might have been in the bars of the North West tonight.
Market News ..........................
If you can buy 7 times NMS at under the offer, there's an overhang.
