Uhif the 880000 was from September not today. It has not been applied so reverts to the 455k for a fee which was disclosed today

As I understand it at the start 880000 shares were set aside for purchase after payment 4. There was an option to pay a fee to opt out with a fallback transaction for a market price. They appear to have taken that option in exchange for cash.
The question is why. Everything has been accelerated and I believe that we are about to find out why. We know that they have to produce maybe 5 times the number of flow processors within 12 months envisaged from as recent as December.
Clearly things are moving very fast and ramp up has begun.

Yes they have done the maths 455,130 shares for £256,766.
I am not so concerned about dilution as events will outpace these deals and we are nearly done now.
Cash is obviously very important now as they are under demands for production ramp up on several fronts.
There needs to be clarity around the production model. I was lead to believe that it was unlikely that Ethernity will deal with any mass production and it would be farmed out or forming part of a OEM contract.
When we say mass production we are talking of hundreds of units a day so not huge globally. In India the investment would be around $1-2m to get started.

It's important to know that China will be the first to deploy 5G on a mass scam. Currently no network is 5G full spec. The mobile networks are competing to have the fastest network. However this is not 5G, this is just a focused 4G network. 5G is much more than a connection speed. 5has large super fast data packets. What we are seeing are 5G capable devices on a hyped 4G network.
What is being deployed now for 5G will be 5G when the the process is broken on a 5G configuration. In order to make that happen they need to construct a 5G end to end system the Radio unit, the DU and the CU need to move. China are this year committing to a 5G structure.

The only things worth knowing from the 2020 are the post period events and any forward looking statements.

Top slicing is a strategy which is viable once a reasonable valuation is reached. I think that we are a couple of pounds away from that.

I received a very nice reply yesterday from the contact team at Supersonic in South Africa. States that they are fielding huge interest in the Air Fibre and have been installing base nodes for a couple of months now. I asked about the potential market open to them and they said that it is substantial and will take several years to address.
They are dealing with South Africa only.
