For sure the Tarana deal will scale up quicker than the other two markets. The wider market was slow to realise and some here still cannot see it. The Tarana deal next year will be more than the current cap. Wait and see if I am right. 5G scale will take time.

Some times you have to look between the lines at likely outcomes.
Please remember this is really just a side play. The main events and the reason for IPO rests ahead in the near term.

Yes they were absolutely. They flagged 1.5m in 18 months however it will be more like $5m in 12 months. The second year I can see it going to $50m.
Clearly Tarana has big shoes to fill and we can expect a very aggressive ramp up.
I believe that $1000 a unit is ball park correct. 1:10 on aggressive ramp up I see as very achievable as they go global.

It should not come as any surprise. They need around $1m initial investment for a scalable 5000 unit PA production unit for Taranas Flow processor. This will increase ne t year towards 50000 units. As 5G have been so understanding of the situation it has been possible to accelerate the funding to facilitate that.
They will be in a similar position for the DU unit soon.
I was understanding that production would be done by the OEMs and in many cases it will. An example of this is the recent product in India.
We'll hear about the production arrangements for the flow processor very soon.

Uhif. Why don't you just speak to the Company about it. You want the action of a rapid moving business in a new and evolving market but want to know everything that's happening. Maybe you are not in tune with how this works. My pet hate is moaning about something in your control and doing nothing about it.
As far as yesterdays announcement goes I have followed that up and assumptions here are not correct.

Skid that's exactly what will happen when Ethernity are a company in mass production. There will be sales and production data. Right now they are evolving and sales will be sporadic.
Really if Ethernity had regular updates to give they would be giving them. Following each update the share price would drop because until this gs are complete there is nothing much to say but hopes and dreams.

I suggest that you speak to the Company about that instead of bleating on this board. Maybe you will get an answer like I did when I queried it a few months ago.

The update on 2 Dec was as it was then. Maybe the day prior it would not have been the same. Either you trust the management with this or not. I guess that you trust them with your money so why would you want them to do something before they are ready.

Molineux with respect that's crazy. The day before the Tarana deal they would not have mentioned Tarana or the product. Part news is no news. It cannot be released twice so when it is then it needs to be as complete as possible.
Of course you want to know but incomplete news will not be helping anyone. Just wait.

Ultimately I want news released when it is complete and available and not just to satisfy the market. If they have nothing to say yet then they keep their mouth shut.
The results are insignificant and of little interest. An update hidden in results says that they have little to say.
This is not about now or the specific timing it is all about where we'll be 12-36 months from now.

Tarana news polarised the market a bit and really has removed focus on the main events. Tarana will be huge for a £25m cap company, easily transformational. However when this is a £50m company at least one of the main events needs to land.
Back in the dark days I posted to say that Ethernity will deliver even if they are moderately successful because they have small shoes to fill. That is absolutely the case and the shoes are still very small.

Martyn its not the NMS but an indication of amount that they may deal. It can be used as no more than a guide to their position and really means nothing.

The only important question now is how long will it be until the market is given a meaningful update. Yes it's clear to see that the Tarana deal is much bigger than Ethernity anticipated. We can see in China that they are moving towards 5G mass deployment at 750000 base stations. We know that ISPs in the US and Europe have instructed their server suppliers to talk to Ethernity. Now three major server manufacturers are building solutions with Ethernity for the relocation and routing of the DU on a CoTS server. This is a next year market so progress will need to be rapid.
We know that multiple OEMs are building solutions and products using ACEnic-100 and various elements of the Ethernity UPF. We know that a Chinese OEM is building a product using Ethernity code and a in-house SmartNIC.
We know all of this, we know it is coming but we don't know exactly when. I suspect that there is much more that we don't know yet.
What we do know is that there's an increased need for funds as funding has been accelerated. We do know that Ethernity are well placed with market leading solutions that are cost effective and in some aspects unique and patent protected.
It is difficult sometimes to see what we do know because we focus on the unknown.
I suggest that things are moving a pace now on most fronts hence the cash requirements and increased headcount.
Mass deployment in China was slated 2021 with H2 as being the start of ramp up. Mass deployment triggers multiple opportunities and once networks are up and running in 5G opportunities explode for Ethernity.

To the extent such Shares have not been so applied, 5G Fund will make an additional payment to the Company, determined on the subscription price as it stands at the time of the payment. The Company will issue 455,130 new Shares to 5G Fund in satisfaction of a fee.
So the 880000 doesn't apply and the clause relating to that scenario says that the company will issue 455130 shares at the price at the time of the payment in lieu of payment then states payment received. So where does 29p come from.
