Todays update was an on course but nothing to discuss here update. I have no problem with that but an insecure market gets nervous and a predatory market sees an opportunity to leverage their holding.
I believe that nothing has changed and today has been a gift.

Asky. I think expecting an exceeding expectation update just one third of a way into the year weighted to H2 is a bit unrealistic.
Seems to me that everything is on schedule but the market has a short term measure.

Marcel I am not being funny but you are not suited to this investment if you look at your shares and it makes you feel nervous. This share will ebb and flow on news and no news you can't allow that to change your view as both are temporary. Your thought process is just too weak for this.

This is the danger of wanting an update because it is overdue. If it has not quite matured yet it will look like what we were served today. Always be careful what you wish for.
I will take another 30k if I can at 45p if not I will do without as I have loads already.

I think that we'll have something very soon but that remains to be seen. Todays style has preceded significant announcements previously and really feels like news not quite ready yet but needing to say something.

I am not saying that the share price won't be punished, it is already. When you look through Ethernity history things have always been a few sentences then news when it arrives. Then you go back to the words and it makes sense.
I see the words today that "market reality" is commercial rollout and sales. The vision is now turning to market reality.

So I just spoke with a contact here in Israel.
The swapping out of shares is to do with pending news. They can take advantage of the warrants in a closed period but cannot increase their overall holding apparently.
I don't know if that is a AIM thing or a Israel thing. The strike price is determined by the arrangement but not the timing.
Certainly little was disclosed today. The 2020 financials are pending but really they have already been disclosed and could have been accelerated I suspect so it leaves me thinking something else is cooking.

Bid I think so. Certainly this is the first time that David has said that he sees his vision turning market reality. That's very firmly flagging sales so I suspect that is in the pipeline now.

I think very few lines to read between. Sales are expected to start H2 2021. That is looming, much work to do. Sales create work.

The R&D investment will be the DU product development with 3 Major Server manufacturers. A huge deal for tiny Ethernity but the product delivered was early version almost prototype. So now they develope 3 products with 3 manufacturers. This is a next year market as they are for Euro and US ISPs.

Obviously extremely encouraging that trading is in line. That also included mass deployment in China H2 2021 which is looming now.
As thought the 310k and 75k were swapping out shares for warrants.
Without bottomless personal funds I would do the same.

In line with $6m and "market reality". I think that is the key aspect converting from interest in to market reality. It is what has held everything back until now.
Yes much hard work does lay ahead largely because Ethernity are opening up 3 mass market opportunities instead of 1 anticipated.

Uhif a royalty element would be very normal in the case of this type of product. Like a license to use the technology exclusively.
I see no reason why $50m turnover at high margin is not possible in 12-24 months with a game changer product like this. Tarana are expecting huge income and a bit of that will go to Ethernity. Don't forget Tarana are valued at many multiples of Ethernity. They could buy Ethernity with pocket change or a spunof Ethernity wireless

MTN Supersonic today connected the first homes using Tarana wireless G1.
The local press all stating the same source details 60000 homes in the first year. MTN say 600000 by the end of this year.
I tend to believe the estimates from MTN. Demand seems high as expected and rollout will be rapid with each individual installer comfortably doing 6 a day. To achieve target they need 500 installers across South Africa.
Doesn't seem too outrageous.
Ahead we have the prospect of this multiplied in 50 Countries in the near term.

It's important to realise that the similar or apparently similar businesses that are valued higher are in mature or expanding markets. Ethernity pre Tarana were in future markets.
Now Tarana is a current market we have seen appreciation of the share price. We'll see more from that sector as it expands, at least another 50p over the next 12 months from that. If we get 30000+ units a year +£1. I believe in 12 months we will be selling 4-5000 a month.
So as future markets become current and sales start we will see the same result on multiple product lines.
A rising trend is absolutely inevitable.
