More on the Scale up funding for Tarana Wireless. Ethernity supply the flow processor based on unique technology developed in house since early 2018. The Ethernity flow processor fits into the tower unit and covers a 90° arc. So up to 4 such units may be required at each tower.
Ethernity have commenced mass production and are scaling up to meet demand. In the next two months initorders account to around $400k. With production ramping up Ethernity expects to produce and sell to Tarana 5000 units.
Whilst initially margins will be slim once production hits volume flow processors typically produce 70%+ margins and ongoing royalty payments. As Tarana aggressively market their product globally through regional resellers we can expect sales to ramp quickly. 2022 H2 could produce $5m a quarter revenue.
Ethernity has launched a wireless backhaul product, whilst it has nothing to do with broadband air fibre the Ethernity part of the data handling is not so different.
The recent patent awarded to Ethernity secures the data bonding technology to Ethernity.
This break through technology is worth multiples of the current cap and represents a small part of the often industry leading portfolio.
Yes right now there are troubles here in Israel but Ethernity are in a global market, the domestic is now a small part and the future is global. Israel is a resilient country and now is the time to invest in Ethernity.

Uhif yes on several fronts

Uhif I am not in favour of updates to satisfy or support the market. If they have nothing to say then they should keep quiet. Updating each area as it matures or evolves makes sense.

Skid I think that is what's needed. We'll get the figures for last year next month and that will contain forward looking statements and updates but I think a standalone round up is needed.

We are close to delivering a non 5G contract for the ENET Avionic Ethernet Switch firmware and software, integrated into Ethernity's FPGA-based Universal Edge Platform (UEP) device. Last year Ethernity delivered on a small contract for the OEM who I believe is now successfully marketing this product in life extensions and upgrade packages.
This was hinted to me last month and I was told one or two months from completion. The work is already done and this is simple repetition.

One of Ethernity's partners was selected to develop customised UPF software for a private 5G network to a Chinese mobile service operator as part of the OpenUPF initiative, which will now be targeted primarily toward industrial and private 5G deployments. Ethernity's ACE-NIC will be used to meet the operator's performance requirements, by implementing the forwarding within the FPGA SmartNIC to reduce latency and increase performance.

I believe that this will be a huge earner for Ethernity. It will be maybe $1-2m this year and $20m next. Ramp up from Ethernity for their flow processor will need to be rapid.

I am expecting disclosure of sales from a new avionics product for military applications very soon. Ethernity contracted last year to an OEM which I am told has a product about to go to market with substantial interest. In volume this will be a very good (non 5G) earner.
I have been waiting on this for a few months now but I am told that wheels are turning.

Obviously lots going on in this part of the world but this morning largely things return to normal. Many have remained working remotely since covid. Hopefully relative peace will return to this troubled land very quickly. Certainly they are extremely resilient and I don't see anything delaying the Ethernity train.

I can go wherever I want the problem is covid restrictions, although they are much easier now. I plan to stay for the summer.
