Nice Bid thanks for sharing.
I have been watching this unfold a couple of years and the buzz has gone from a hum to chatter to a roar. Especially in Israel where the talent pool is huge and deep.
I think that the lightbulb moment was about 9 months ago. Reading some of the trade blogs a poster with Nokia in their name was saying that OpenRAN would never gain traction because it was too unstable. It was and the interoperability was possible but not standard out of the box. OpenRAN needs to be out of the box, plug and play.
What happened was the functions or the processes split into digestible chunks and Industry started to develop solutions. The best in class at each stage makes the end to end tech from the mega players look very poor. That is poor today and tomorrow they will be the same. OpenRAN solutions like the suite Ethernity leads with are one thing today and can be something better tomorrow. This is the difference with this soft/virtual environment once deployed it can be upgraded, reconfigured and tuned on the fly.
The future is accelerating and the monolithic providers are standing still. In 2021 they are selling a product that will still be used in 2026, however in 2026 their product will still be in 2021.
Ethernity and OpenRAN will probably be on generation 3 by then.
Ethernity ACEnic-100 will likely feature in 4-6G certainly today 4 and 5G solutions run on ACEnic-100. By 6G it will be something completely different.
Ethernity are so well placed to take a massive chunk of the action which is about to start.
