I bought on Friday before Wyndrum’s post as I reported.

Lost my nerve on Thursday’s news and when my buy failed to trigger on Thursday, bought first thing.

The whole thing about investing is to re-analyse your position each time news drops. Not fall in love with a particular share and pump money into it regardless.

Yeah. The investment at 30p spooked me. I wasn’t expecting that. The next release of P1b data could boost the SP significantly so any raise later in the year is likely to be at least 30p IMHO.

I’m not greedy. Virtually all my investments are in v good dividend payers. Apart from 3 penny shares.

Though I am starting to think now that any raise could well be at 30p so if the opportunity to buy at 30p comes next week then I will probably buy a chunk. But if it doesn’t I won’t lose any sleep. 😄

Don’t lay that on me. Unlike the happy clappers, I expect investors to review their position as news emerges, good or bad. I certainly do.

Anyhoo. What do you think of today’s RNS. We were right in that one of the new NEDs has “sourced “ some money, but I was hoping for at least 10 times that amount. Is it enough to tide us over until 2Q26 do you think?

I agree with most of your views although not your assertion that now is the time to buy. But we’ve already discussed and agreed that I am a more cautious investor than you. It was a lighthearted poke at the zeal you are showing compared with the more risk averse you of last month. Hence “born again Christian “. That’s all. I wasn’t to know that you were unfamiliar with the phrase and what it describes.

What is wrong with you idiots that you’d rather ruin this BB by delighting in someone else’s bad fortune even though it has no direct impact on you, than you would stick to discussing the good and bad possibilities of Avacta.

You really need to grow up.

One thing that gives me hope is that over the past week it has become apparent that the rampers and FUDsters expectations for Avacta over the next 12 months are starting to look remarkably similar. Common sense is beginning to show in the posts from both tribes. This has got to be a good thing. Admittedly there are still the the potty mouth posters and name callers. And folk that talk about paid posters and hidden agendas but those are in a minority. As a sweeping generalisation most agree:

1. We need cash - disagreement on how much

2. If great P1b results are published before we need cash, then the SP and therefore the offer price could be quite a step up from current SP

3. Royalty/Zeus could be a good source of investment in a number of different scenarios

4. A licence deal for AVA6000 could solve cash flow long term

5. It looks odds on that AVA6103 could indeed be the holy grail

So why can’t we concentrate on that which we agree, have civilised discussion about the risks and potential rewards and above all stop the potty mouthed squabbling and name calling.

Please pretty please.

Oh and stop the delusional wishful uber ramping predictions of what is sure to happen next week
