I’d let the weight steadily add until I was suddenly 15 stone plus and starting to feel it.
Now 4 months on I’m 12 stone, much more active, my clothes fit and my blood pressure is 20 points lower. So I don’t hold with the being plump is good for you.
Laughable thing is if I was a pound heavier I would still count as overweight on the BMI🤣
