And if you really want a deramp, I’m wondering what take up he’s had for Science Day from IIs and whether his letter to The Times is as a result of poor interest and raise the day’s profile. The letter smacks of being fed up with lack of investment from IIs.

Yes if it’s an IPO then it would dilute shareholding but Hope would be that share price would shrug that off and still rise.
I can’t see any point Al launching on NASDAQ at moment unless it’s large tranches of money that are put off by investing in an AIM company and all that implies. But Science Day audience is for IIs so not much point in it unless he wants their money. IMO

I refer you to my earlier post. All the new NASDAQ listing would be new money from large investors. They can juggle the number of shares to make them $5 or whatever they want.

Not sure share price is stable enough to risk NASDAQ yet and all that entails but Science Day could change all that. If they get interest from some big IIs they most likely will IPO on NASDAQ with that investment and run a dual (or triple) listing for a while. This would hopefully include a free mechanism to convert our AIM shares to NASDAQ the rate being proportional to the respective prices on both markets. At some point they will then delist the AIM shares. I hope that this doesn’t happen because it could lead to significant dilution of my holding but it would be best way for Avacta to get the significant capital they will need to take the whole product line forward.

Oh and all shareholders will get a vote but it will have all been sewn up by the big boys in advance so what we think won’t matter.

So how is the oncology experts input going to move the SP up?
Who are the big buyers (or sellers if you believe Windrum) that are going to pitch in to drive up the price? Doubt it will be PIs. And I think IIs would have bought in by now.

I’m holding and I do expect to double my money over next 6 months. I will then continue to hold at least two thirds of my shares in the hope of a great uplift end 2024.
