It is perfectly normal for a company moving from AIM to LSE or NASDAQ to IPO on the main market and run dual listings while “running down” AIM shares in circulation. The LSE IPO launch price doesn’t even need to be anything like the current AIM price.

At some point Avacta need to raise money. And this is obvious reason for SD as far as I can see.

If info at SD is regarded as the detail behind what was already RNSed, does it need another RNS?

I believe SD is precursor to IPO on LSE.

Nonetheless an excellent post by you including your additional analysis. Does seem to indicate additional efficacy of AVA6000.
You did make me wince when you mentioned AVA6000 half life in the bloodstream. I’m still wondering whether it’s shorter in humans than mice, though this wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing.

FFS I do hope these questions get answered on Science Day but I’m not holding my breath.

Thanks for sensible nonabusive replies and at least a couple of you saying what you think the dox ratios might be.

So what is everyone else expecting from Science Day given that it’s for IIs? And what will it do to SP?

A couple of weeks back I posted my view of potential ratios of Dox in the TME for AVA6000 versus straight Dox and how I would view them. I repost the same below along with what I would expect impact on SP would be:

As a percentage of Dox in the TME compared with straight Dox at equivalent dose I would like to see:
Poor = 20%. 100
Good = 100%. 200
Excellent = 200%. 400
Revolutionary = 1000%. 800

I suppose it depends on the interpretation of “therapeutic levels”.

IMO we won’t actually be given the data. What Al wants to do is prepare the ground for an IPO on one of the main markets, hopefully LSE but if not NASDAQ.
