Anyone know what SP we need to get to to get back into the index again. I’m thinking it might be 220p or close to. Anyone know for sure. Pretty please.

As an Imperial alumni (not UCL as someone intimated yesterday), I still have contacts. This is just a beano to promote Scalespace and get some more organisations to establish a presence there to improve communication and co-operation.

It just goes to show just how the rampers take a piece of info and build their own deluded fantasy around it.

The RNS states:
“ This analysis shows that AVA6000 targets the release of doxorubicin to the tumour tissue at therapeutic levels which are much higher than the levels being detected in the bloodstream at the same timepoint.”

This not the same as saying “much higher than the levels we would expect to detect in the bloodstream when administering straight Dox at an equivalent dosage “ as peeps keep implying.

Why do the rude rampers continue only to reply to what they want to. I’ve said why I’m invested. I expect Al to sort out what needs to be sorted and for an SP around £3 before the end of the year.

I was only asking about why we think that they have gone to DE5 and hoping that a scientist could say whether it might be because uncleaved AVA6000 is being excreted from the body much more quickly.

And I said Good = 100% because it is way below the mouse data but I still recognise that it’s life changing compared to straight Dox.

Regarding numbers: what do you think that the number is for “therapeutic amounts”? Is it 5% of equivalent straight Dox? 50%? Problem is we aren’t being told.

And last but not least, I accept that it works, I am invested, I am just in profit and would hope that at some point this year the SP will reach £3. But for the rampers, it really isn’t going to reach £200.

I know this won’t shut you up but here goes. As a percentage of Dox in the TME compared with straight Dox at equivalent dose I would like to see:
Poor = 20%
Good = 100%
Excellent = 200%
Revolutionary = 1000%
These are not hard and fast.

And Alastair is a scientist he understands the need for numbers and accuracy.

On a positive note the results are probably so spectacular that Alastair wants everything double and triple checked by independent experts before he gives us the facts in numbers. Roll on Science Day.

It’s proved safe at 4DE level and therapeutic so why would it be unethical and unsafe to start P1b with this dosage? Presumably P1a 5DE could continue in parallel? And don’t just reply that I don’t understand about drug trials.

Nobody’s comparing Affidx to AVA6000. The common factor is Alastair and the imprecise language he uses in his scarce communications. Rampers take the most positive view and then read on between the lines to make the news even more wondrous. So called derampers generally point out that there could be a less positive meaning to the words. The only difference is that the rampers generally resort very quickly to abuse and name calling.

On a more serious point, I still don’t understand why, if AVA6000 is so good, we have had to prolong things by going to DE5. How many people will die needlessly because of this 6 month delay in getting the product into oncology departments?

Could it be that higher dosages than expected will need to be used because AV6000 is being expressed/excreted from the body much more quickly than expected and therefore isn’t around long enough for the huge amounts of Dox desired to be cleaved into the TME? Any scientists got a vie on this.

Incidentally if this is the case I don’t see it as a negative because it means there is less chance of “free” AVA6000 floating around getting cleaved where it shouldn’t. Making the drug far safer.

A 166 would be a 12 month high. That is why I was excited in my post yesterday willing it to break the resistance level. As it happens it’s held up really well. So all is well.
