It's inconceivable (imo) that you have severe storms of this nature and only the US is affected - typicall the weather come from the North.

Remember they did quite a bit of work including FEED and procurement of the Christmas Tree for the Liberator development - this is very similar - so I would expect that $0.8m will go quite a long way in developing the Engineering / FDP.

Both Tain and Liberator developments envisaged producing oil 12-18 months from FID so it could be relatively rapid. My guess it all hinges on Tain.

Yahoo's discounted CF valuation - I think the growth rates are too conservative and hence the valuation is on the low side - but still shows i3e way undervalued.

You are right Cash - I have the average for the year at around 21,000 although they state they will exit 2022 at over 24,000. You will see these numbers in the Q4 production update next month.

I'm not sure its down to decline per se which the Company say is about 11-12%. I think it is down to maintenance, loosing production to severe weather and the like.

From Shubham Garg - based on Q3 results and announced Capex Program - he has i3e second cheapest out of all 55+ Canadian Companies on a FCF yield. FCF better than CF as a metric as CF does not take care of debt repayments etc

So i'm looking forward to these gems that you are going to highlight.

Cheapest stock by the way is Vermillion.

I suspect that he wont come back with anything - full of hot air.

i3e has deep value - just about the cheapest of 55+ Companies in the Canadian Oil Sector on a FCF yield basis and paying a 10% dividend yield also close to the top end.

A Capital budget to grow production over 10% so even if the POO remains flat - we can look forward to further dividend increases at some point in the future - and we wont have to ask for them - GGG will do that for us !

Beat me to it - I would also like to know where the better value is.

youI dont know whether you read the RNS all the way to the end - still planning a single well tie back on Serenity and $0.6m capex assigned to this during 2023.

Understated but I guess the Engineering says there is still a commercial development - lets see what repsol does with Tain.

Its a pretty good update:

Nice 20% increase in dividend (i think this means that Share buy backs are not currently on the cards)
Met their target of over 24k boed
Also decommisioned 10% of their inactive well stock - so it appears they are ontop of the decom liabilities

I'm trying to undersstnd the guidance - they exit 2022 at over 24k boepd and have a 2023 capex budget of $64m yet forecast average production in 2023 at 22-23k boepd. I've noticed this difference before between exit rates in a period with reported average production in the succeeding period. It appears they lose production during the heart of the Winter and it takes time to bring it back - I will table the question for the upcoming presentation on the 9th Jan and see whether they respond. The trend over a year is up so no problem there - just a case of undersstanding the production profile..

The 2022 exit rate meets thier guidance but I was expecting 25 - I think they had some issues optimizing the Simonette wells and ran into winter - perhaps an opportunity for a positive surprise in the next update ?

Well - should be enough to keep most happy, GGG can stop the moaning and put the toys back in the cot.

Not sure Hotchips will be happy - his 10 monthly dividend payment conspiracy theory now debunked - well at least it gave us something to talk about.
