There was link to an article I posted on the ADVFN chat room a month or two back which had a valuation calculation for RKH from one of the analysts. I think Rockhopper at the time was about 28p and according to the article meant the market was pricing Sea Lion at about a 25% probability of proceeding. We are a little below 28p now so I assume that this indicates the market has an even more pessimistic view on the project. Anyway - part of this calculation was ascribing a value to the Ombrina Mare arbitration - from memory, this was about 3p per share or $18M. This is all a crap shoot but seems a lot more realistic than $40M costs plus $250M loss of profit. I don't see us getting anything for loss of profit.
