What I meant to say previously is that I probably have more shares in this company than you but i don’t allow this to cloud my judgement and ask contrarian questions to test my investment hypothosis.

As I said before - most poster on this board will have done a basic internet search and read the company website and know that Adgorithms changes it name in 2017. This does not make you smart - possibly the opposite. Perhaps they did it to distance itself from previous profit warnings and declining revenues. If you invested during the pre-Albert era - I suspect that you are sitting on hefty loss. Had I been on this board at that time - I probably would have established that your posts are worthless.

I have looked back at your last 4 or 5 posts. There is nothing particularly insightful - everything you have stated pretty much comes from the Company Website, CEO podcast or little bits of information in relation to the magic quadrant - I think most of us on the board have already read this and is pretty much school boy stuff. I see no evidence that you have done any move extensive research than the average poster.

I think the problem is that you are suffering from “confirmation bias” and when anyone posts anything that challenges your rose tinted view of the stock - you hit back with some disparaging remark.

I possibly have more shares in this stock and will make my own decision on whether to buy more or sell - I don’t need your opinion unless you have something original or insightful to add - which you have shown no evidence of so far.

Making silly statements like “ if you don’t
know the significance of Gartners magic quadrant” tells me that this is pretty much all you know. Perhaps you should take your own advice and get out.

Might be an idea to sell your shares and sleep better at night.” If you have “no idea” then perhaps you should keep your opinions to yourself especially as you have provided no useful insights and also given that the post was not directed to you.

I do know that it’s paid for by Industry Vendors and so you may have to take some of what is said with a grain of salt. The other thing you will have noticed if you have read and understood the report - Albert is a very small fish in an extremely large pond.

I have a few shares, however the interview and the presentations raise a couple of flags:

1) shani in the interview said they had been formed 8 years ago - pretty slow progress for supposedly ground breaking technology.
2) Similarly for the Harley Davidson presentation - Sales figures from 2016. You would expect a bigger roll out and higher adoption of the technology if the sales figure were so impressive.
3) market Cap of 28M for a Company supposedly in a billion dollar industry - the market has clearly not bought into the story yet.

What are we missing?

There was a trading update this morning - underwhelming Imo.

The SP has risen quite a lot - a few small investors who have bought in the last few weeks may have taken the opportunity to get out at a nice profit. Volume was pretty low so o don’t think it means to much - also shares were pretty hard to come by this morning so I don’t think too many people selling.

1) Markets normally discount available information including future events - Management have said for over a year now that new awards were not expected until late 2018 into 2019.
2) Awards during this period are likely to have been bid with tight margins.
3) Backlog was approaching zero and lAM are currently loss making.

Current share price is factoring all this in and
nothing above has changed significantly over the last 6 months. As to what will drive the price higher - positive update on financial performance, positive news on upcoming awards.

Final Post to : Theygotya because I agree it doesn’t appear to be sinking in:

1) Yes the September update addressed the issues you raised - it said Project Complete which
By default would include fabrication. Costs in line with previous guidelines.

2) LD’s was not referenced in the update and would not be in the public domain unless it was referenced in a Company Update.

3) There is no information in the public domain on outstanding fabrication issues and LD’s that I can find - can you provide a link - I suspect you cannot.

Let’s wait and see what the latest update says!

I'm basing my comment on Lamprell's September update where they state that the East Anglia Project is complete and costs are inline with those previously advised.

Theygotya is not speculating - he has stated that Management have not indicated "the true losses" and that people would be "shocked" at the real costs. This Contradicts the Management update above and therefore must be either pure speculation no based on any facts or a latter update based on non-public information. The fact that the Project was complete at the time of the update hopefully reduces the probability of any nasty surprises.

I'm not surprised by the timing of the announcements of the latest awards particularly the letter of intent for the jack-up rigs. Management have said for over a year now that awards were anticipated towards the end of this year and into 2019 - I think there is pressure to deliver and so I would expect them to announce at the earliest opportunity - jmo.

Not quite - what I meant to say is that the market "tries" to discount all information - I didn't say that they are always right.

If your interested - I can go back and pull up the investment report - from memory Ombrina Mare - 2-3p per share, Egypt 3-4p per share and the Falklands 18-20p per share.

Ovets - I respectfully disagree with your post - the market discounts all information in the share price including Ombrina Mare. This is no different from the market assessing whether Sea Lion will proceed or not - either it is shelved (0%) or it goes ahead (100%) - this is a wide margin of possibilities which the market has to access which is currently a 25% probability of the project proceeding based on share price / assets.

Cash on the books - I personally wouldn't ascribe much value at present - RKH are burning through $8m plus in GS&A cost annually alone.

"Risk adjusted return" - just about every analyst / investment house does it - i.e. assign a probability to an event happening such as the Ombrina Mare case being successful and adjust appropriately in the share price. As the event becomes more likely - SP rises accordingly and vice versa. Currently warts and all the markets as assigning a value to RKH of 21p.

I am a shareholder but right now my estimate is are that the risks are to the down side.

Interesting question - my bet is that no one here would have a good answer although I’m sure Ovets will give it a go. I expect at most we will get a portion of costs and zero loss of profits.

I’ve read it and so has the market and they say RKH is currently worth 21p. The market includes investment houses and analysts that do extensive research and analysis - pump and dump doesn’t put food on the table. If you are correct - it is extremely likely the SP would be sitting at well above the current level - what is the market missing - my old bean.

Lost profit is a common concept in law and would require the claimant to clearly demonstrate losses / damages due to any change in law. How is a Company that has virtually no track record of developing oil fields going to be able to claim $250M in lost profits - the only producing asset they have at present is 1500 barrels per day in Egypt??
