Your posts are well reasoned and informative but could also be considered overly optimistic. You focus a lot on what they have said but have you considered what they have done. I have a significant holding which I hope is still
Significant after the results but consider the following:

1) Last announcement that exceeded expectations was the joint venture which they did not deliver. Many people including myself felt they did a poor job of explaining this to the detriment of the SP.
2) They placed at a disappointing SP which I feel was in part due to the poor handling of news flow.
3) They delivered on the Junior Loan note so good job.
4) They drilled a duster that was supposed to have a high chance of success. They claimed after the fact that they foresaw missing the channel - they did a poor job of explaining this in advance and seems like they took an unnecessary risk.
5) Permits not ready for the current drill - rig sat idle for a significant time burning a lot of much needed cash plus pushing the drilling program further into potentially bad weather. This seems like a massive dropped ball especially since they claimed to have foreseen the possibility of a duster. No explanation as to why this was the case.

So whilst your of the opinion that management have everything under control - this currently does not seem to be supported by actual events.

This could all change with a good drilling result. - lets see what happens.

Someone on the ADVFN board posted a similar message as you guys and elicited a response to the effect of “that must be the dumbest post I have ever seen on this board”. You do know that options are granted at zero cost to the recipient - it’s a no lose situation for the director and demonstrates no confidence whatsoever or anything else for that matter.

What are the 4 permits for ?

What is your take on the reason for not having the permits ready for SA-01 after completion of the pilot well. I3E dropped the ball or is there a good reason for it ?

Cash means nothing other than it enables the drills - cash will largely be gone in next 8 weeks. Drilling results means everything.

I still have my Albert shares though as they say - "its hard to polish a turd and sell it as a diamond". I wish I would have missed out on Albert - would have saved myself some money just like you.

True value is 6 - 8p - how do you calculate that - what has changed ?? I thought the value / risk reward was insane at 25p ??

I hope your not comparing yourself to Griffiths - what your going to learn is that not all shareholders are born equal. You'll be sitting in a life boat (if indeed there is a lifeboat for Albert) with Shani , his cohorts and other backers, , there's going to be one life jacket short and your going to get tossed overboard.

This is what I think is going to happen - 30p to 3p to possibly less at delisting. Your 3p holding is then going to get diluted further after recaptilization / issue of new shares and options to the Management Team. You'll be forced to wake up one day with your tail between your legs and finally admit you backed the wrong horse.

Unlike yourself - I don't presume to tell anyone how to invest - interesting to see that your are keeping tabs on BID's. Your concern of an imminent SP collapse seems premature for now. You'll have a better idea how they are faring when they update the market in the next month or so..

Your shares have gone from over 30p to less than 3p in the last six months - that's over a 90% fall. That's a fail, mistake, misjudgment - no other way to look at it. It seems like you have forgotten the object is to make a return on your investment.

30% chance of a fail v 70% chance of doubling your money - those are not the odds on a typical AIM Company.

I don’t think I ever asked you for advice - quite why you keep going on about It I don’t know or even think I should have acted upon it I don’t know.

I have asked you several times to outline why you think that Albert (at this point) is such a compelling investment proposition and justify your outrageously bullish remarks - for some reason you seem to be avoiding this question.

I’m not sure I understand your point on “investment mistake” - everyone has made mistakes except perhaps you. I think it not unreasonaable to say that anyone that is holding Albert - has lost money and therefore by definition has made and investment mistake - I have no qualms in saying that in terms of SP fall - it is the worst share I have held.

I think you have lost it - I recommend you sit down, take a tablet and chill.

1) reference to BID’s - I mentioned this 5 months or more ago as an early stage stock that I thought had a better / more understandable business model. You brought it up out of the blue with no context or relevance to the current discussion . It looks like you’ve got it on your radar and I’m happy to report that as we speak - it’s back over 30p. You seemed to be concerned about an imminent drop.

2) still looking forward to sharing your views on why you think Albert is such a compelling investment at this point.

3) You asked what I meant by “ I probably have more shares than you”. Concentrate now - it’s complicated - it means “I probably have more shares than you”. It does not mean that I have a lot of shares or that it is a big part of my overall holding. Of course I don’t know how May shares you have so it was probably a bit of a meaningless statement but your such a tit and a know it all - I could not help myself.

Your posts are becoming a bit of a non-sensical ramble - it’s hard to keep up. But let me have ago at addressing some of your points.

1) 10bagger asked a couple of days ago for anyone for views on why you would invest into Albert at this point. You in the last week stated “Risk reward is insane”, “I don’t want to be out of this stock” - all after the delisting notice. You should be in a perfect place to answer this question - but you ignored it. I suspect because you really cannot back up these statements. This is really one of the primary purposes of the board - exchange of ideas.

2) I have stated that I’m not an expert and come on these boards to try to learn something new. You say this is not correct because I have “many shares”. There is no relationship between the number of shares you have and whether you are an expert - this is just non-sensical.

3) You have suggested that I have flip flopped from saying that I was a significant shareholder to having a small Investment - this is not true. You have no idea whether my investment in Albert is large or small. Thankfully it is relatively small - you may earn £2000 a month, I may earn £15,000 per month - it’s all relative.

4) You randomly brought up BIDS and its SP performance - not sure why but you comments were non-sensical.

5) ...... that’s probably enough for now.

It’s clear that we don’t agree - but I think you should at least have ago at answering question no 1.

Thanks for the feedback - with Asset Match, was there any Capitalization post delisting and if so how did this impact the value of your shareholding?

Your post is disingenuous and selective:

1) I bought into BIDS when it was 7p in January, I think it was 11p when I flagged it to you - it is now 28p. Yes it is volatile and it has been into thirties and back down into the high twenties multiple times over the month or so but its still up 500% in the last 6 months - a very favourable comparison to Albert which is down over 90% in the same period.
2) Yes I have made a small investment into Albert to dip my toe into AI but I have considered it an Investment mistake for the last 4 months or so as you well know from the tone of my posts.
3) No I don't consider myself a Warren Buffet - I genuinely come onto this board and a couple of others to see if I can learn anything from fellow posters on the shares I have invested in - I have learned nothing from you and indeed have noted that you have been pumping this stock in the face of many glaring red flags (delisting, high costs, low earnings / earning growth, reverse course on building up the team - now on a cost cutting drive)
4) DYOR - thank you for that flag - bit of a statement of the obvious and no I don't take it out on everyone - its just you as you well know because your are a know it all.
5) This is your chance to show other people on the board that maybe you do know something - one of your fellow posters has asked does anyone have any reasons to be investing into Albert at this stage - my opinion is no. As you made several very bullish comments after the delisting notice - perhaps you can share your rational / basis. Do you have any basis or is it simply that you have learned to walk on your hands and talk out of the other end.

Share4 should be able to offer a view on that as you may have seen he posted a couple of very bullish statements immediately after the RNS on delisting. In my view there is no compelling reason to invest - there may be a chance of a Dead Cat bounce between now and delisting but this would be a gamble.

After delisting they will obviously require a significant cash injection that you would imagine will significantly dilute any remaining share holders and that's assuming that they are able to convince investors that its a viable business. I think I'm correct in saying that they have burnt through over 60M in cash with current revenues of just over 4M and annual costs of 12m,

I’m not sure what you think you understand that the market, myself and others are missing - but your record and the SP tells a different tale.

What pumping you ask - I only have to go back a couple of days and refer to your comments which I quoted below. The fact that these were made after the delisting notice is just jaw dropping - you are completely nuts or a pumper - I don’t know which.

I think you need to stop giving investment advice and i would suggest getting out of the market all together - it will save you money.
