Hello LTI.. Yes at present CC could go in all directions and be successful. The R&D is now trimmed back until further needs to keep on top. Unless we are outgunned I see the June Omni launch as being taken up by various entities in the smart world. We all knew this was going to be a long road, a bit longer than I had anticipated but we are nearly there.

Morning Colour, I was hoping for some technical comment from you. Or even that's not possible. You seem to be a bit of a waste of space with your ratty comments. Don't know why you stay, but wait you are not staying, you left us or did I get that wrong. Come up with some good technical arguments as you have exhausted EESL and they are not quite certain of the direction they are taking, they want it all BUT cheap.

Hello Colour, you have to keep repeating things for it to sink in. I must say that whilst I am banging on about Omni, nobody including yourself, is jumping back saying that is wrong and producing any information to the contrary. Many Moons ago I said that if by chance CC via RF finished up with the whole contract it would be worth in the region of £260m. I am not certain but I think you were one of the ones to po-pooh it. Well should the advanced Omni get included in the Southern Contract for all meters, which would be then capable of IoT it would be worth considerably more.
When going into the unknown you have to be positive. Hopefully I am not wasting my time with my contacts but ;recently one said he was 'intrigued' by the detail, which he should have known about way before my discussion.

Just been looking over JC's Omni RNS June launch. Worth a second read, allowing for any slight exaggerations, RNS's should be factual, I think that there is a massive opportunity for this advanced product. I am not looking for an overnight takeoff but there should be good movement in this 6 months. If this update is as advanced (IoT) as JC says and at a decent price I think there will be a few more eyes than meter manufacturers/governments watching. Reading various articles from around the world this multi platform approach that everybody can make use to is a gap filler.

Thanks for that, Vas.. There is no getting away from it, if you want low priced, efficient smart comms, CC RF is the way to go. Indian Utilities are probably constantly raising that. Command and Control and Security is going to be vital in managing energy. Looking at their pictures you notice that their customer to utility does not feature a DCC equivalent, so why does the UK I think there will be a change of heart and we will go Utility to Utility, then quick changing of Utility will be easy and if advanced Omni (IoT) is used UK could be the most advanced country for smart. With GCHQ security..

Hello Vas/ITI.. Do we know if the EESL smart meter compliance was resolved. They may have changed the rules for them but I don't think others will be pleased. CC started off at a disadvantage in that it did not have GOI money to throw around but after our partnering with GENUS I think there are big openings. Be interesting to see how EESL 'notspots' are sorted. I now have my attention on the Advanced Omni which GENUS are using, which is IoT capable. If I'm am ready this right IoT is expensive to initiate normally but CC's multi-platform will probably do the trick. That said if SMETS2 is upgraded with advance Omni then anywhere it is used should also have IoT facility. Is also GCHQ approved, Could not resist..

Hello Colour, sorry Bamby, not quite certain. So you are saying CC is doing alright in India (its the way I tell'em). You never give an answer just pick another direction.
Watch the SP for a while don't just go negative MM's sell mainly but who buys at 50,000 a go. My thoughts are, but they would not be yours because you don't have them, that there is a little bit of building, with prices so reasonable.
Now that you have confirmed that CC will be doing alright in India and we know SMETS2 is about to deliver and is guaranteed then whats not to like and with bargain basement prices. Get on quick Colour before the boat sails. May be they are your 50k's and worried that Greengrass can't talk them down to 7p. Or possibly wait awhile longer??LOL

Hello again, Colour, you are still here, not bailed out. It would take some doing raking through all your dross, and mine, but you know what I mean or are you now saying CC is on the up in India, that would be nice to hear.
Keep a close eye on SMETS2 that's more my forte.
All of the Middle and Far East will now pick up the pace and we have expended most of our costs.
There are big opportunities around the World if as JC says the new OMNI is capable of IoT at a reasonable price. There is a gap in that market at present.

Hello Colour, that got you on the back foot. You don't have to defend yourself, you said CC was finished in India well that just is not so. RF is still going to play a big part and also as backup. CC was looking for a percentage of that market and is very likely to get it. Now with the latest Omni version that Genus is incorporating the IoT possibilities are very good. I understand a cheap form of IoT connection is sought after and CC could be it.

Hello Bamby.. Did you see what you just did. Why be on the BB, you and your 'Horsemen'. Don't know if you actually have shares but you do not want to see CC succeed (hidden agenda) but they will. Most of the hard work has been done and it's now a matter of timing. Don't put all your Coloured balls in his basket.

Hello Colour.. Back again, I thought you had left us, pity. I have been in this game probably a lot longer than you and just might be a lot older. I seem to remember the only piece of knowledge that you have purported to know came from a village in India and from that you prophesied that CC was Doooomed.
Now we know that all is not lost and there is a fair chance at we will get a good proportion of India, which was all that we expected, and could do well in many other countries and UK. Your end of the World scenario is not going to happen.

Hello Vas/LTI.. There is a lot to be read in JC interview. It has been carefully thought out. In this industry no one, now, ever expects overnight results but this is getting exciting As I understand it CC is going into SMETS2 and although I had it on good information going into all UKSouthern meters, I can't confirm this. However as long as there is a provision for an add-on slot that can be simply rectified if needs be. As I said recently and it would suit your comments below, if JC could upgrade the CC SMETS2 module, already contracted, with the new advanced software of June 18. That would facilitate the use of IoT in each of these homes and I am sure would transform the UK..

I was pleased that JC made an in depth statement regarding India, he ticked the boxes, covered most of my previous questions, showed the value of being aligned to Genus and with them taking up the ultimate Omni with IoT capability. I am waiting to see his in depth analysis of SMETS2, we are at a very important stage and orders and cash could soon be arriving from around the world, UK for all its messing about is still a massive order and being closely watched. I would now like to see the advanced Omni being used in SMETS2 with IoT capabilities, if Genus likes it there must be a lot going for it, Don't know the extra cost but UK Government may come up for it even at this late stage (but before SMETS2 mass production).

Far from it Greengrass.. but you certainly jump on the band waggon and you always set an SP limit. I'm in this share for excitement, oh and belief, I have lost more money hovering here, not with CC, but away from my earners.
There you go AIM is what it is and you may be lucky to get a shot at 7p, hopefully JC is now going to keep us up to date and the contracts will start to roll in (and already doing so). You struck lucky previously because JC was keeping it all to himself (may be reason) which does not help the money greedy Market. Next few months should be very interesting.

We all know you are a buy/sell merchant so your LOLs are pretty meaningless. You talk it down to a buy position then keep quiet to let it rise and there we go again.
Chiant/Lti.. Read the report, covers most of my previous questions. No doubt JC will now concentrate on SMETS2 update as closer to home, a big contract and in short term will have a more positive impact on SP.
