Effectively only 2 more trading days before the desired sales RNS. If we dont have another RNS today we could get one Tues/Wed (advising RNS) and one Thurs morning.

So the info from the management company they are using for assistance about an extra 4M may be correct!!
I posted 12M last week, but held my hand up when the consensus was still 8M.
Glad to potentially have been correct with my inital maths calculation of 12M!!!

So the US are upping their game wrt testing to 30M per week. Circa 4-5M per day.

As I posted earlier today, the way ahead with covid19is threefold. Either testing, therapeutics or a vaccine! Testing is the easiest and quickest to implement in order to get out of lockdown.
The light at the end of the tunnel can be seen.
Therapeutics and a vaccine are not unfortunately guaranteed.
Just need to have the best tests, WHO approved!!! With the flood of the US test market with dodgy tests, the US needs to test the Tests. Conformance to positive test cases is paramount.
If Thermo Fisher are a major player, lets hope the excellent research by Sandman1982 posted on 24/4/20 @6:57 (remember this) is correct. This could be massive for NCYT. The budget allocated by the US federal government to covid 19 is phenomenal!!!
NCYT have a product in the market place that is needed today, not one that is in development and needs regulatory approval. The time for action is now.

In lock down, was wondering if there are any other potential users of bleepa technology in addition to the nhs?

Hmm... If the system would be overloaded by more than a few hundred new cases per day then doesn't this suggest that the number of tests per day is nowhere near enough? So how does this square with Prof forgot-his-name's comments that 100, 000 tests per day is adequate for any exit strategy the government may have in mind.
More tests are needed on the UK.

LuckyNo7, the inhouse PHE debacle showed the need for independent test validation. Without the test of the Test approach then you may have a problem eradicating covid19. US undoubtedly will as their market is flooded with dodgy tests. This I believe is the flaw with the FDA EUA approach.

should have included all tests PHE are proceding with. I see the PrimerDesign and Randox test but the others that are being proposed to be rolled out in the UK? Thermo Fisher, Medical Wire? Where is the test data in the PHE assessment?
Was the PHE inhouse test assessed in the PHE assessment?
That was the point I was trying to make. Documented evidence is very important when assessing the test of the Tests.

We know dPCR is coming in May, we know from Sandman1982 that TF and NCYT assays may be linked.
I would anticipate that FDA EUA and CE is required.
Primerdesign with their experience know what is required here. Cannot see issue with either approvals. Uncle tom clobber et al appears to have FDA EUA approval ....
What is required is PrimerDesign to verify dPCR assay against its gold standard PCR assay. If they are happy then everyone else will be.
Lack of reagents availability may be a problem which dPCR addresses. This may be the game changer for the antigen test method and NCYT are leading the innovation.

If we are wondering how Prof Peto could be saying processing 10 million Antigen tests per day is possible and yet, somehow, 100,000 tests per day seems really hard, then the link below gives some reasons why. Here is a preview of one key part:

I got into researching NYCT as I live on the IoW and enjoyed the unfolding story of NCYT and was intrigued at the prospect as to whether the answer to covid19 could be on practically on my door step ....
The rest as they say is history....
I to have not held back on my research. Some may have been wrong (20M tests kits from yesterday) but some may be seen to quite close to the mark. VanV and myselfs email to RP (1/4/20) had lots of salient points.
More than happy to wait as tomorrow is just another day in this groundhog day world.
At the moment digging weeds off my drive in the sun with my boy listening to the R4 book of the week, Tunnel 29, the true story of a man who dug a tunnel under the Berlin Wall.
I appreciate your comments and those on the naysayers. Happy to see how this plays out this week and subsequent weeks.

Take care all holders watch out for the psychological posts thus evening that no doubt will come. The Daily Mail story has in effect been retracted by the Govt (Rhabb). Has anything substantially changed? Time will tell, time will tell.
