Personallty, quite happy to get an email, text from a lab, providing as I stated the test is 100% accurate under test analysis conditions. Seems a lot of variables to workout otherwise?

dPCR could be 50 minutes and another test Primerdesign are associated with has a test time of 5 minutes.
The UK and WHO are going all in with PCR from NCYT (71%) as the requirement is now.
Wrt antibody testing, it will be interesting to see how the US plays out. By all accounts they have every test available in their market!
Thermo Fisher were proclaiming last night that 10M tests/month will be available by June. Trump did not think 5M tests were needed for the US test requirement. Not sure I agree with this comment, but he is the President.
Qiagen are manufacturing 20M tests/month. PrimerDesign? We will get an update later this week.
I personally am unsure about the use of antibody tests. Other countries have used them. However, if the data does show they are not reliable (and second waves are breaking out in S Korea and China) then do all antibody tests get tarred by the same brush? The syndrome of once bitten twice shy may come to the fore. If dPCR /PCR technology is what is shown to control the virus then no doubt everyone will what to tread the same path.
Who knows what the future holds?
I do know that without a vaccine, testing and therapeutics are the alternative pathways. A vaccine is 12-18 months off and therapeutic trials which have commenced in earnest are probably less so. So we are in for a lot of testing. More testing than than any one Company can hope to provide.

Han**** mentioned contact tracing app will be ready mid May. This ties in directly with testing.
What this infers to me is that the Govt has to go all in now with antigen testing.

Allah4uk, we are in extremely uncharted waters here with the covid19 pandemic. With lock down, billions of dollars available, rising US covid19 cases/deaths, anti-lockdown riots, a President in trouble and potentially issues with reagent availability do you go with an OEM product (re-badged) for absolute maximum production and availability?

10M kits would be 10M x 96 tests = 1B tests per week.
Cannot see this level of manufacturing per month by TF, Qiagen, Primerdesign, Brucker combined.
But happy (in this case) to be proved wrong.
PrimerDesign literature indicates 1M dPCR tests per week. Could this be increased 1000 fold??
The RNS on Thurs would be mighty mighty for the bigger number. Lets be cautious. I need to go with 10M tests per week.

Which test assay are they manufacturing?
The Qiagen, TF or dare I mention the PrimerDesign test assay??
Wondering now about the comparative production times/costs between PCR and dPCR.
When dPCR is FDA EUA approved, I would imagine production capability would want to move to the dPCR test assay.
I wonder how much additional revenue can be factored into NCYT share price and hence market cap???
Agree with earlier comments about the fact that we may just be embarking on our journey here with NCYT.
