Prof Chepurnov, "In certain situations – and for the coronavirus, it is already known – the infection intensifies with certain antibodies.".
That statement is going further than I have seen previously, because previously I have only seen people say that there might be an intensification
of symptoms with some antibodies. It did seem likely that, 'Antibody Dependent Enhancement' could happen with a SARS-CoV2 vaccine, because it happened with an experimental SARS vaccine.
Could the affimer therapeutic be a better avenue to progress??

With the ONS figures in the Telegraph article the average sensitivity and specificity for the PCR testing can now be calculated.
For Avacta to blow PCR out of the water, the Avacta S&S needs to be better than the ONS PCR test data set!

If Cytiva manufacture does this make it more acceptable to Trump? Its down as the Avacta/Cytiva test in the Rockefeller Report. So perhaps manufacturing is not important. Cytiva could not manufacture the world need in any case, so other manufacturers are required around the globe. Either way the association with Cytiva is what will matter to Trump for the PR spin that he will want to apply.

Ophidian with the new FDA Template (for PoC pregnancy style tests) has the EUA mechanism for FDA approval been stopped?
In March 20, the Roche PCR test EUA FDA process took 8 hours! For the UK PrimerDesign PCR test (submitted before the commencement of the EUA process) FDA approval took 6 weeks! Perhaps this was America first.
The importance in the Rockefeller Report of the joint Avacta/Cytiva PoC test will now be paramount. Hopefully, the US connection will speed up the FDA approval process.

What will move the sp is the outcome of the Sheffield University work. The govt needs eapid tests. £161M paid to two companies without regulatory approvals. With 100% stake in Paraytec Limited this share price will rocket.
5-6 weeks was target date. Any further update in this period with a positive outcome will start a major rerate of this share. The market cap is way too small for a 5 minute test IF Sheffield University deliver!
