Guardian reporting that Govt is rationing civid19 tests. The North East are running out of PCR tests as test PCR resources are diverted to high risk areas.

Cannot believe there are shortages in PCR test ability as we head into return of schools and Universities. More or Less (2/9/20 R4 Sounds) was predicting R level of 3 in Universities population.Why is the country so unprepared on the testing front? Come on Boris! Thus is shocking.
