I dont think anyone is posting doom and gloom and I would think most are fully aware of the world markets are in downfall due to Covid 19! even GGP are down 17% and that's not good.
We are saying its a hold and we are awaiting a turnaround if you read the post correctly and since you posted we are now at 0.60 further down from 0.0675, so happy days.

JE give us all a break, every time you open your North & South the SP drops more, where is your 25/30p now you clown.

Totally agree, I was shocked this morning at the huge fall back, stunned is not the word. We will get back in time but as you say nobody was expecting this fall, I think even Nige will now agree that the House builders have indeed been hit by this blooming Virus thing and others.

Yes I sold here to buy GGP ( at 1.61 ) and very glad I did now. The plan was to sell 50% there at 6p but it did not reach that yet so am waiting for that opportunity to buy back TW. before the EXDD but that's not even certain now :-(

For the sake of TWERS I sincerely hope the SP stabilises soon and not fall to 1.00 as that would be a total disaster IMO.

I too Helena will not hold back from here until something breaks for the better, but hope GGP gets to 6p very soon as at these prices here its a steal to say the least.

I hold a significant holding here and I am not afraid to say that I am concerned with this fall now at 0.68. My average is 1.68 so down thousands ATM ( 60% ) with no confidence for a turnaround yet and as others have said the situation could get a lot worse. We have not a lot of SP left to play with so what's not to worry about. The lack of confidence and posing says it all and its taken my post today to get any reaction on this board, thanks for that anyhow.

Back to the fence as they say for a long sit out by the looks of things.

This fall is terrible, now 166.75. with respects to all but I am very happy I sold at 208. Not knowing where we are going I am holding off buying back just yet, see where we are in 3 weeks before EXDD.

Who was saying the current climate does not effect the SP or builders ?? what an understatement to say the least.

Yes another JV would be a great way forward seeing that both companies work very well together. If all goes well and the extension from Hav to Scally happens I am sure that GH will negotiate a far better deal as Scally is so big and the extent ATM is not known but if its anything like Hav the sky's the limit, we will all be very rich indeed, but hope sooner rather than later as some of us are getting on a bit lol.
