J and by the way this is I think for new builds only so any costs would be in the house asking price.

Maybe someone here that works for TW can answer the question do we now have an alternative to use in lieu of gas Boilers and are they being installed now. !!!!

I really don't know. I have quite a new house 6 years old and would be happy t change the Boiler if if helps the climate but there are many out there that would be up in arms if it came in next year only after buying a new house so maybe it could be 2025. I wonder if the house is say under 5/10 years old would the government give a % payment to change the boilers especially for those that can not afford a couple of Grand to change. ???
