I know where you are coming from but what about the thousands of tradespeople that Rent do not own their own house and want to buy, its them who I am referring and they will not be buying without a job. Its just another side to the coin imo.

You say just stop building houses ???? What about the thousands of trades people that would be out of work !!!!! In my calculation "No cash coming in = cant afford a mortgage = No new house !!!!!

Nige the only thing that has changed is this blooming Virus, its had a drastic effect to most shares / companies, and it was stated that it dos not effect builders, well its most definitely had a huge effect to the SP and that's for sure. However its a great price for new investors to say the least.
I have a feeling this will fall further and I am sure you will agree on that possibility.

I did not say should not buy !!!!! and I did say In MY opinion wait as it might drop further, and that in my mind is saying to some wait and you may get a better bargain!!!!!!! if you want to buy now its TOTALLY up to the you but why buy when it could fall further, that's what I meant and that's what you did not understand. Lets see what happens on Monday then post again to see what I suggested was right.

At the moment I feel the divi is just safe ? but any increase could be held off as other companies have stated. If the SP drops any lower yes IMO the dividend might be suspended "MAYBE" but I am not sure, maybe someone else can give better guidance.

Yes F1 cancelled and the next few have as well, I think so far :-

Chinese

I have no clue how they are going to re-arrange all these races and what financial effect this will have to F1 as this could destroy them, they have been a little unsafe financially over the past few years as it is without this latest disaster.

I really feel for all those families that have lost members due to this virus and it is effecting all of us :-(
