Totally agree and have you noticed the same mistakes on both of their posts, No full stops and other punctuation similarities and errors. I have noticed it for some time, one in the same poster. Also when one starts to post the the other is not far behind. Sad person really. I will not reply now to ether posts.

Yes I have just done exactly that and would you believe I only had one on filter and that was Arnold now I have 3. Most probably have a sea of red filter messages now lol.

I do agree with Coach and now is not the right time to disagree with some posters so that's me done, I just got fed up reading the same old story, never mind, in the past now. :-)

Bronze I have never spooked anyone here or anywhere else and I have always being positive with GGP with a "Very Substantial Holding" It is not in mine or anyone's interest to spook as you put it and I try very hard o help others as I have had help myself from other LTH's. I had no intention to look back on your posts but to see this same message time and time again I thought I would point it out so maybe you could find something else to post of your own. Bronze nothing wrong with the post as we have all read it every week from you, maybe something a bit different and not a cut and paste from another's post might do the trick and its not an attack its just an observation. You must admit yourself and own up for multiple posting the same thing over and over again? :-)

Yes you are right most are sub contractors "with a Contract" !!! Don't know if that contract covers this scenario and if they will have to keep on with payments or not ?? but they will have contracts and responsibilities to those subcontractors as TW / Government shut the sites down.

Hope you are keeping well and safe. I was thinking now this extremely bad news is out wait until the markets get hold of it ??????? Dividend CANCELLED read the board.

All sites Closed for works.

In the interest of customer and employee safety, we have taken the decision to close all of our show homes, sales centres, and construction sites for all work except that needed to make the sites safe and secure.

All Dividends cancelled.

Accordingly, we have taken the decision to cancel the 2020 final dividend of 3.80 pence per share (c.£125 million) that was due to be paid on 15 May and the planned special dividend payment of 10.99 pence per share (c.£360 million) that was due to be paid on 10 July, both of which were subject to shareholder approval. As a result of these actions; Resolutions 2 and 3 will be withdrawn from the AGM due to take place on the 23 April.
