Morning all,

Does anyone in the "know", able to advise us how many TW sites/ Areas have been "Closed and for how long". Personally I think it will be a lot longer than 6 weeks to be fair. At least the SP is holding its ground, so far today.

I had no exit strategy before I pressed the button if things didn't work out ????????

I did a hell of a lot of research with Rock and invested accordingly and had faith on a good L/T hold outcome. The only criticism stated by me was the lack of post or interest shown in 3 / 4 days or in fact trades that's all. I intend to hold and wait for a come back so lets hope its sooner rather than later.

We are well aware of the company’s efforts/potential. The point is not much interest ATM and not much buying or selling with the SP falling at now 0.47 down at 18%, thats the point. Other share's ie GGP have a load more interest with 170 posts and 168 trades, and that's another point.

Share price 30% down, absolute "JOKE" now.

WIth the amount of interest over that last 4 days with only 2 posts and ONE trade, I would not be surprised to see this just fall away from bordom. I am getting to a point wishing I never got involved here, especially at an average of 0.0168 and down nearly £25k.

Think the CEO & his team should give us a bit of confidence to keep us going, may help. ??????

As far as I have seen on the BBC news, Scotland has "NOT" yet closed any building sites down. It has yet to be discussed and Scotland is nowhere near the outback of Australia. Please do not spread speculation or misleading imformation as the situation is bad enought as it is.

As I said a week or two ago there may be the necesity to close Building sites and a few totally disagreed as the virus does not effect House building or the SP.

Just thinking!! maybe some of the technical survey equipment pointed out that far so they drilled to see if it proved to be the case. If the next step out goes further out that surely will prove they did indeed find more, even at this distance. My thought is that they will indeed step out further again, I hope. :-)))

Scallywag ring any bells, the closer we get and if found positive the better, maybe that's whey they drilled so far NW ???? If they extend the next drill that would mean IMO they found what they were looking for, if they fall back maybe not !! Anyway all good fun. :-))))))

Yes just had a quick look and most House builders are down at least up to 50% in the last few weeks so no surprises here.
Dividends are also being effected in respects to this current virus situation so it might get worse rather than Better in my opinion.

Might be as well to keep in cash ATM if you can as Builders seem to keep on being hit big time.

We may have seen the low but this can not be guarenteed in the light of World panic and uncertainty what will happen or for how long this is going to take. This self isolation and house bound seems the only way now so keep safe and healthy is the main target now.

Keep well and keep watching to get in as low as possible. All builders will return to normal in the future but when is the question so keep your powder dry as they say.

I am trying very hard to buy some more at 3.22 or less today, maybe set a few buy limit's in the next few hours, this price is so low its silly not to T/U if you can. I wasin luck last week with two lots at around .032 ish so I hope I can do it again.

Hi Nige, thanks for that as I was concerned. ATM no come back planned, will see by end of month. I dont want to sell any GGP to get some cash, but as you know its not the time to sell there as news is due any time and it is not worth selling for a small divi, its just bad timing ATM.
