Some might think this a silly question, however here goes.

In the light of most places closing, self isolation and some people having to work from home :-

What happens to the stock market ????? will that close or all shares suspended for months ?????

What happens to the share holdings and any cash in the account and worse still could the market cope to go down this road financially / Go bust as no trading.

Worth a serious thought to say the least.

SP going from 3.44 to 3.69 up & down but the actual SP is marked at 3.25 ???? and to sell it is in fact 3.35 to buy is a lot more at 3.689

You are very welcome and yes you are correct you can buy more or sell between the dates all you must remember is to be in 2 days before the EX divi dated to qualify :-)))))

You will note the EX Divi date of 2nd April / 4th June. To qualify for dividends you must hold the shares "BEFORE" these date's so to be safe 2 days before. You can hold as many share as you can afford and as I say you must buy them 2 days at least before these dates, you do not have to hole for months or years to qualify but must have then purchased 2 days before these dates.

Re CRST, in fact they have Cancelled it. As you say this could now effect all House Builders. :-(((

However, the Board has carefully considered this week's rapidly evolving Government guidance in respect of COVID-19 and expects this to have a significant impact on visitor levels, production capability and trading performance over an unclear timeline. Accordingly, the Company has taken the difficult decision to cancel its final dividend of 21.8 pence per share, otherwise payable on 9 April 2020. Resolution 2 will therefore be withdrawn from next week's AGM.

Apples hi, You use the word scared !!!! I am not as I firmly believe GGP will get back to above 5p sooner rather than later, so why be scared ??? If I was in any doubt I would have sold out ages ago and would not be buying more now. I think we have hit the bottom now so all we can do is rise again. There could be the odd day we will see below 3p but this will not last and I for one will then buy more.

MFU hi,

I think that GGP are a safe bet as you see other major shares fall away but GGP seem to be holding very well around and over 3p in these trying times. I am very pleased that I sold TW at 208 a few weeks back and bought a load more GGP with the proceeds as they are now 102, at a high of 236 only 4 weeks ago. So GGP IMO are one of the best shares to be in ATM as they will bounce back when this virus thing finds its level and fade's away.
