Don't worry! ALL markets are down today, GGP down ( 9%+ ) a load more than here so all swings & roundabouts ATM. Damn Virus is killing the markets generally. They have even cancelled the Geneva Motor show and I was going :-(

Maybe not as they have been caught with their trousers down before over this lease problem and have compensated some buyers over the past few years. I think if they are still involved with this problem they would be very silly indeed so I would say No. Persimmon had their fair share of bad publicity as well. Lets hope this is older news being dragged through the mud again. ??

The leasehold problem has raised its ugly head AGAIN and is all over the BBC news. This no doubt will give us another hiding for sure, just what we need ATM. 180's today maybe :-((((((((

Sage because the site would be infected and would need cleansing, surely you have seen what they are doing to hotels, hospitals, streets trains etc, the areas have to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, so hence possible Closure. It may not have happened yet but I am sure its a possibility.

Stay in bed is the answer lol :-)))

The problem would be if say for example a site was found to have some personnel/ trade persons affected they would no doubt close the site this could effect other sites and then the SP would be challenged for sure, what would happen if a virus outbreak occurred within the TW HQ, now that would be a disaster for sure.

Forgot to mention that you are safer at home than a building site canteen especially during the very cold weather with everyone coughing and sneezing over each other, I have seen it myself, no such thing as a hanky on a building site, bit of old newspaper does many jobs lol.

And also remember it only takes one person with the Virus to infect the whole site and the management team especially when they all gather in the site canteen !!!!!! Also what about deliveries etc and drivers taking the virus back to base and other sites etc etc, it could spread like wildfire between builders and there is no doubt about that.
