Hi, yes currently 11 pound profit! I think i will hold for a bit as these are the only real shares i have now, i sold most of mine at the start of this collapse so bankedquite a few hundred quid in profits and just sitting out for a bit untill things calm down! I reluctantly sold my BATS for £28 to protect the profits i built up. Still took 38% so i am very happy with this one. Will be back in lower down for sure.

Yeah it's too late for me as well now i may as well hold this all the way down to nothing now!

Got it wrong again, was panicking last night with the dow down 512 and buying these at 490 :( i think i want to kill myself looking at the wreckage this morning .

I took some profit today on rdsb and bats that i have built up over a year of holding. Pure fear drove me to sell them as i didnt want to see it wiped out in days at the rate things are going. Still holding gsk and imt in profit but may sell up soon. Thats the good stuff i have, i have terrible losses on bpc ( bought 20p) and allied gold ( bought 250p) gold miners and aim oil stocks have not been kind to me ! GL to you as well and lets hope things turn around.

Huge slump today what on earth is going on? are we mining lead or magic beans it's gold ffs!?!?! That someone ain't gonna be me i need an effing miracle to get back to what i paid for this rubbish.

what a crazy couple of days! I am still holding my original 521p shares and topped up today @ 490p. I haven't seen market carnage like this in a while but at least this held up better than a lot of shares. The gold price is going to keep on increasing so hopefully it is only a matter of time before this goes ballistic, fingers crossed!

There isn't more chat on here! A well timed buy could have netted 30% in around 5 weeks thats not too shabby compared to most shares lately it has been all doom and gloom!

Well im not in profit yet i bought these at 530 and damned if i am taking another loss! Tabes told me to top up at 400 but i didn't or i would be well in profit now but hey ho. Like you say this should be much higher given the gold price but don't forget the gov tax grab is still a possibility so the days of 600 plus could be gone?

Hi, sorry didn't know you were invested in lloyds! I had my fingers burned on the banks last year and again with barclays not long ago. I have sold all my bank shares and took losses on all of them, not too bad but glad I did as if i was still holding i would be much worse off.

Another good day for us, no real need for me to top up now as at this rate I will soon clear my deficit - famous last words!. I can't help but feel a little smug as not long ago the banks were doing better and we were getting smashed out of the park, now the boot is on the other foot and long may it continue!

Been working too hard today to look at Bloomberg on my iphone to check all my share prices today ! Good recovery from ABG but I bet a few got caught out yesterday buying at 450 then looking this morning. This share has done the dirty on me so many times it's hard to trust it.

NO i forgot to buy some more at 420 and the bugger jumps up! I cant win with this.
