That’s just a token buy, these new directors always buy a few shares when they join a new bod whether they think it’s a good idea or not. She won’t care if they go down to nothing it’s chump change for directors. Mike wells got it right selling some off.

Probably as broad as it is long changing indicies, certainly expect no boost is sp beacuse of it. I prefer the 250 as the 100 is full of ex growth dead dogs and probably one of the worst indicies in the last 20 years.

Maybe lower volatility, lower trading volumes due to summer etc. It has been pretty miserable since it hit 950p . We will probably need to wait for the next update and hope it is good for a change of direction.

The update looks positive to me, shares are down with this inflation panic like everything else.

The share price has had a good run recently so there will be some profit taking at some time. Markets have been pretty calm and steadily rising which is bad for plus more than it’s peers historically. Large downward moves in indicies and commodities prove most profitable. Long term this has done well enough for me as I first bought shares at 430p here, patience is always needed.

I don’t think it will get to £12 at year end. cmc has a massive rise on our update, and today we have given up half our gains already!

No, you will get 10 times the number of shares you held previously. I don't really see the point of this as I don't consider £10 a share to be that expensive.

Drop isn't down to ex dividend it's rising bond yield and inflation worries, market is having a wobbly and unilever is not immune
