The securities of Blue Star Helium Limited (‘BNL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BNL, pending it

If they are halted due to an acquisition, it could mean either way, either they are making one, or someone is making one of them! If we have arranged finance for the ML next steps, possibly through the TIA, they might well have agreed to help us finance the buy out of Blue Star and give TG a stake in the US. Anyone else thinking this might be a possibility?

The sp will move on sentiment, news of grant of the ML, and say a JV to go with it to help funding, the sp will be driven by sentiment, and could go to multiples from here. We'll only know when the red dot appears and how bulls v bears take the news!

but what if the "any new developments" are sat in a sealed envelope on someone's desk? it says "without delay" but when does delay become "without delay"? as soon as? when someone actually sees it? Any answers on a postacard.

CP there's no time limit to releasing market sensitive news, it's as soon as, so they could have got the licence a few days ago and not opened the envelope but still know what is inside. Remember this happening elsewhere? supposedly news of something was contained in an unopened envelope and so that is why the company took their time to deliver the news? it's aim!

You're not right at all HD, the sp has been way way higher than this in the past. The company are about to turn the corner from explorer to producer, the odds are firmly stacked against you, but then again, you're shorting this, so you and your mates will do your level best to try and destroy the sp today and to get others to sell

Let's see if there is ML news after close of play tonight, which then enables them to discuss it at the AGM Monday.
