Chesh, it has nothing to do with which side of the trade I'm on at all, I'm invested, but this started because I was looking to find confirmation of this supposed 3 months timeframe for the grant of the ML and couldn't find it. I then get accused of being a flipflopper or whatever because I'm looking for clarification on something. I make my own enquiries and receive an answer this morning from an authority which informs me that there is no legal timeframe, which is the impression I got from an article I read on the internet over the weekend. So I queried it, and then get accused of all sorts and shot down. Yet not one of you provided any valid evidence to rebut this. It was a credible query, especially so because we are getting near to the 3 month marker that had been mooted. End of.

The point is Blubay, it matters not, as there is no legal timeframe for the granting of a mining licence.

I'm referring to the 2010 Act quoted by PubCrawl Blubay, that is the Act he references, and that is the Act that was subsequently amended. If you want to be really pendantic, the same with your reference, that Act has been amended!

Folio, I'm not going to protract any further than this, other than to say notification should be given to all shareholders, the proposed resolutions are not on the rns. Notification is usually rns'd for all to see from my experience.

Yes, I saw that Folio, but the proposed resolutions weren't there. My impression was that they would rns again with the notice, agenda, and proposed resolutions, and then signpost to obtain the full details and forms, that was all, as other companies seem to manage this okay!
