This is what I think will happen to us, I think we will sell Rukwa and let someone else take over mining and production of it. However, we will stay in Tanz to develop the other mines, but the capital from the sale of Rukwa will then help us to finance a buy out of Blue Star. We take over Blue Star and then sell out like has happened here in this article, and by then we might be well ahead with the progress of another mine in Tanz. If not, I still think we should attempt a buy out of Blue Star somehow regardless and may be Tanz Investment Authority will assist us with that, as well as production costs for Rukwa?

Broomtree, it is not nonsense at all, as I have posted previously, agreements are negotiated privately between buyers and sellers, and we will not be responsible for transportation costs. Such is the demand for helium, the buyer will foot the bill. Linde have HELICS-tanks which optimize the transportation of liquid helium and ensure smooth delivery anywhere in the world.

Pjmcgra this discussion has taken place before ages ago and from recollection, I provided some links which indicate it is normally the buyers responsibility to transport from the production plant. Why should we be responsible for transportation? Our job is to produce and sell the product, and that's it. the transportation costs will be passed on in the price by whoever purchases it from us and sells it on at a premium. Just like all your goods from China, the transportation costs are levied in the price that you, as the end consumer pay.

We don't pay for the removal of the gas from the site, the purchaser does. It becomes their responsibility.

The FS won't be released until the ML is granted, pretty obvious why, as there will be reference within it to how the company intends to raise finance which might give names, which at this stage, the company do not want to divulge. It will also indicate how they intend to proceed, ie JV could be mentioned, which they don't want to be known as yet.
