The facts are that there is evidence of court cases by mining companies and others against the TG. I've provided a link or two, and there is plenty more evidence on the internet. I'm still invested, so I don't want to down talk my own investment, but I do want to be realistic when analysing the pros and cons, and unless we can attract investment away from Tanzania, which I think is more unlikely than likely, or we manage to do a JV with a big mining hitter already in the country whom the TG won't risk arguing with, or we sell out once the ML is granted, and in a way, I hope we attract a buy out, then we run the risk of pandering to the TG, and the TG doing what they like, which includes, if, at some point, they get a better offer from a bigger player directly, they might revoke our contract and take back the licence and hand it over elsewhere. There's risks with everything, it's just working out how big a risk if we don't JV or sell out. We cannot and must not go it alone. my views.

I thought that, but then last year's AGM was on the 14th, so I don't think it has any bearing! ML notification will come when TG decide to release it and their palms are crossed!

If they announce a decent JV with a well known gas/helium player, with the ML, he stays, if not, he goes! No sucking up to the TIA, as it could end badly. It's going to be a close call as votes will have to be cast pretty soon, and they haven't even produced the agenda as yet. Is anyone going to the AGM?
