The company submitted a mining license application for the Itumbula-Tai area in southern Rukwa, as notified by RNS on 17 September 2024, which includes a comprehensive feasibility study based on the evaluation work conducted so far.

The Operator has decided to reschedule the start of drilling into mid-January to avoid standby costs over the Christmas period

· The delay to the start of drilling is not expected to affect the overall project development timeline or targeted production commencement, which remains H1 2025

· Work is advancing on the engineering related to CO2 removal, purification and sale prior to helium processing via the IACX helium recovery unit

NOTE: the slight delay is not expected to affect the overall timetable! Don't let the trolls bash this.

As I posted yesterday, SLB will have been well aware of the data for some time, in fact, thy would have been aware from early on, which is probably why they agreed to opt for shares in lieu of cash. That said, the co. have probably also needed to retain the cash, as they would have had to pay a fat sum to the TG no doubt when submitting the ML. Can everyone give it a rest now? concentrate on the markets view of helium in the interim, it remains very much in demand and it's a name your price commodity.

Chesh and PubCrawl, I have always remained invested, but like MCNol, I have two accounts, ISA stocks and shares and a trading account, the trading account I have sold quite a number, and some I bought back in to the ISA, but I've always been invested. On the 3 months, Blubay and others stated that LB said 3 months or as soon as thereafter so I'm going on their info. Yes, I found a gold mining company who waited 11 months for their ML! I provided a link for that, unlike you two who produce nothing other than spout rubbish

Now especially for the deramp crew! RNS'd on 17 Sept that the application had gone in but we don't know the exact date and it was likely just prior to that. So if Lorna is true to her word of indicating 3 months, then it is literally any time now it would seem!

Agree with you there MCNol, it could actually be a sign to indicate they are getting the house in order ready for imminent release of the news we hope for. Makes me wonder therefore if it was a little ploy to re-indicate that they are nearly there!
