Skippy, but that's the risk anyway, that she will probably go regardless of how much she is paid! Wouldn't surprise me if she does go, as she looked far from happy at the AGM. No smiles to shareholders before the start, no real warm welcome, no wishing shareholders a happy christmas and thank you for being with us on this journey thus far, on the contrary, she and Friend looked petrified and it's difficult to work out who they are petrified of? Jacobs? Cope? or the TG?

My other concern is that no timeline is offered at all for the ML, yet they must have some indication. They say TG haven't dealt with an ML for a helium play before, it's unique to them, a first, yet it took them around 11 months to grant an ML for a gold play which isn't a first. I asked the question is it likely to be up to a year but they avoided it! I'm sure they must have some timeline from the TG, but they are not divulging it!

But we haven't any profit MCNol, so if anything they should be incentivised to take little now, but a revised package on grant of ML with a bonus, but not a bonus when we're not even making any profit and haven't got the ML as yet!

Bit late now I know, but why are these two being paid bonuses on top of salaries, when the ML hasn't been secured as yet? especially Jacobs?

Blubay, the usual suspects were at it all night by the looks of it. Sadly, they will take this right down again shorting this, and each time so far they have been successful and the company does nothing to stop or prevent it by way of PR spin to keep things bouyant, even if it's just Lorna wishing everyone a happy christmas and news soon hopefully sort of thing. So they will no doubt win out again, in the interim, and unfortunately, IG loan out shares, HL doesn't, so therein lies the problem. I closed an account I had with IG for that very reason. The fed news yesterday won't help the markets today either, and the brokers won't want peeps taking money out now so close to christmas, they want to hold it, so it's hard to find some christmas cheer! Have you re-read pages 24-28 of the Annual Report MCNol regarding the auditors report by any chance? Has the auditor pulled the plug on the accounts being presented? they were relying on third parties to report to them so as to glean information. It would help if the Company could reassure shareholders on whatever the issue was.

Blubay, you're not an accountant, you were a book keeper. I asked for an accountants view of the situation. I have posted Aim Rule 19, which states that non UK/EEA companies must comply with International Accounting Standards. I'd like an accountants view on this so I understand it better, and everyone else can understand it better. If they don't have to produce them again then fine, but that's not how I am reading it, and that's why I am asking for clarification from an accountant who understands the ins and outs of this.

I think someone with a doctorate in geology knows better than you Blubay! I'm sure they would not have approved the article or at least asked for an amendment if they were made aware of it and were not happy with the content of the same.

I assume this puts the directors at risk if this might be the case, which is why they withdrew the accounts at the 11th hour, until the situation is resolved? Any thoughts, as I know nothing about International Accounting Standards?
