The Big Lie
Now that I have calmed down after my first email read of the day being this awful deal with Tambo and subsequent personal support by two cups of coffee…….
I was admittedly excited to see the post by Falcon……my first thought was “Finally!!”….Then I entered the read process and went wow…….THE BIG LIE. You see we have been told for years that the end game is monetization, monetization, monetization!!!!
Monetization based on specific factors…..Mainly, prove up of commerciality and transition to production would be the out…..the monetization. This deal is far from the many years of claims by our leadership…..Bruner and POQ. The only crew that will immediately experience monetization is POQ and the Falcon board. I’m sure that POQ is happy he succeeded. Don’t get me wrong, I believe POQ has done many good things but I have always believed that the outcome…..even one that is not a lie….would mostly benefit him and the board. That appears to be the case. He and the board walk away with millions!! If this deal goes through. Lets vote against it in solidarity!!!!!!
I’m in the USA as are many other holders on this board and we have seen, if one plays in the pink sheets field (penny stocks) many wild claims and fraud over and over. Yes, pennies are risky. That said, I always believed we were in a good place, a good play. And, overall we have been until today…..For any owner of this stock…..in the US or otherwise….our level of ownership is about to diminish significantly and we have to wait…..(probably for many more years) before this may in fact “monetize” to our benefit. Yes, the Beetaloo is a unicorn and will likely succeed either through Tambo or the takeout of Tambo by a major but we will now have to see a valuation for tambo that raises the stock to $100.00, $200.00 US etc. per share before we see anything close to what our dreams were built on; the stories told that built the foundation for our goals and ownership and the outcomes we have seen to meet those goals now being minimized, thwarted.
This deal, in the short term, only benefits about 4 to 6 people………the rest of us will now have to sit and wait in all likelihood many more years…….unless, Tambo is taken out sooner than later at an amazing price……….Team……..lets do everything we can to vote NO and turn this to a real monetization short window that leads to maybe a $0.30 to $0.50 (max) per share and at least hopefully walk away with some level of decent return in 2026.
VOTE NO
