Ssccss - Companies House guidance is that:

" A public company must lay their Report & Accounts before its members at an Annual General Meeting"

So if they don't they are falling foul of best practice again.

Unless Lunn tells us how many shares he wants to issue can't see him getting this through. Certainly don't see it dropping to 1p. Say they issued 30m new shares that would only be £300k - hardly a " cornerstone" investor.

Anybody can post a fake email. What we need is the name of the broker who sent it out. Viljain says he's received it from Halifax. I'm with Halifax and have received nothing and it's the same for 2 other people plus there's no notifications in my share account so I'm very sceptical.

Sharebel - I think your post detailing the resolutions for the AGM is a fraud. You can clear this up immediately by telling us which broker sent you it.

There's been confusion in my eyes at least as to where the responsibility for the Petroquest loan now lies. The RNS of 1 August outlining the JV said all debts associated with Texas are now under Globalvision as the loan was secured against City of Gonzales#1 well yet subsequent events seem to suggest the loan is still with PPP. We've never had clarity on this.

Don't forget the interim results are now overdue so let's hope they are issued too. Don't think they need to be audited so shouldn't really be delayed at all.
