Ssccss - I think resolutions can be added up to 14 days before the AGM but I could be wrong. Think it's certainly worth holding off voting to see if any more transformational news appears. Could still get the accounts before AGM. Intrigued why there is no resolution to approve them but maybe it's on it's way.

It all depends on issuing last year's report & accounts. It's interesting that there is no resolution at the AGM to approve them as in previous years so I suppose anything is possible.
