Sharebel - don't think we've had notification on Companies House of the first placing on 1 August for 6m shares at 6p. The company previously stated that these would be issued on re-listing.

They have an external company - West End Corporate acting as Company Secretary.

Don't forget Lunn will come up for re-election as a director at the AGM regardless of whether there is an EGM or not so he'd better be squeaky clean and play by the rules to look after shareholders' interests.

Regardless of MyIPA's identity everybody has a right to post their opinions and thoughts on this board.

Affirm- I'm sure we can certainly ask for them but whether the company releases them and even if they do can we necessarily believe them? What we need is somebody who has bid in the auction to go public with their bid (if not accepted for false reasons) to expose if any manipulation has gone on.

Growmorecash - Yes but an RNS does not override company law. If it can be proved that "the directors" I.e. Lunn took a decision which is against the interests of his shareholders insofar as he did not accept the most advantageous bids in the auction then he will have committed an illegal act.

Jgjam - so you're prepared to accept everything Lunn puts out in an RNS but not Evans. I'll leave you to it.

NU - Lunn lived with the company secretary who died. Make of that what you will.

I'm not sure legally he can do that as he has statutory obligations as a director to work in the best interests of shareholders and he will know that.

Jgjam - the RNS confirming the placing of 1m shares at 12p was issued by the company on 27 November 2024. If you can't find that or read it I can't help you.
