Tiger - you are wrong about Tom Evans shareholding.

Tom Evans owns 450,000 shares in PPP and has also loaned 4.5m shares to the company back in 2023 to part fulfil a placing. His wife also owns 3.8m shares.

Funny how several posters who have never previously posted on PPP are suddenly here.

It's probably already done and dusted with Lunn's associates.

Casper- fair comment. We are completely in the dark as to what exactly is or has gone on. As to who supports TE or SL or are they even on the same side? God only knows. One thing is for certain this should not be happening in a main listed plc company. It's not a back street garage ffs.

How do you know Lunn has over 50% of shareholders on side?

I'm waiting to hear what Lunn's plans are before making any decisions "who to back". There are so many facts we don't know. However what is indisputable is that Lunn has a massive conflict of interest currently being chairman and acting ceo of Pennpetro whilst at the same time being the largest shareholder in Petroquest who have a $5m loan outstanding to Pennpetro. Will be interesting to see how he resolves this.

Raising £500k is not the issue here. It's the conflict of interest Lunn has because he is the majority shareholder in Petroquest at the same time as being Chairman and CEO of PPP

Gwilliams - therein lies the rub. It seems fairly clear who stands to benefit if PPP default on the Petroquest loan. It just shows how useless so called regulators are in the UK when a main market listed company can conduct business in this way without any apparent sanctions to anybody involved.

Lunn is not a large shareholder

"Mr Lunn has related party shareholdings in the Company due to him being a director of FHF Corporate Finance Ltd (3,184,560 shares) and York Energy Ltd (500,000 shares). Mr Lunn also holds 1,404 shares in the Company in his own name.
