I would have thought being a self declared pessimist you wouldn't be "looking forward" to anything.

No but an AGM is overdue and if Lunn is not prepared to call one an EGM will be the outcome.

Who knows? I've given up trying to second guess what twists and turns are still in store for us. Key thing for me is to get an AGM or EGM as soon as possible and get this trading again.

Pharmahall- glad you've got it all sorted out. As you say no incentives added unless for some reason Lunn doesn't want it coming out of suspension before 31 March. Wonder who would benefit if that's the case?

With the assets that are contained within the leases I doubt this company is going to get wound up for £350k outstanding.

Hepran - what happens if Lunn can't get the placing done? The fact that he's had to add sweeteners to the deal suggests he was struggling last week so it might be all academic who's seemingly in control.

My hunch is that Lunn will get the 8m shares away (probably mainly to associates) but at only 9p. He'll then spend until end of March doing very little. Certainly will try to avoid an AGM and unlikely to get suspension lifted. He'll then call an AGM after end of March where he'll present a prospectus to try and get authority to issue the freebie 8m shares on the basis that if shareholders reject it the company goes bust meaning he and his friends will mop up the assets.

Still doesn't negate he has made a potential promise he can't fulfil. And in an RNS!

Tiger - how do your "city friends" think Lunn is going to potentially be able to issue an additional 8m shares in addition to the 8m for the Dutch Auction when he has no authority to do so and is very unlikely to be able to get approval whilst the shares remain suspended. A lot of smoke and mirrors in my view.

Not good governance for Chairman and CEO to be same person. Too much power in one individual. The sooner Lunn is replaced as CEO at least the better.
