Zag - if you think in the RNS's Lunn has issued you now have " a picture of what is happening" then you are even more deluded than I thought.

Lion - the winding up order had been withdrawn way before Lunn got involved in the Company.

Zag z- we can all takec a time snapshot to suit. Between 1 March and 31 July 2023 18 RNS's were issued

LION - I would be very careful making statements alleging Tom Evans stole company assets. You could find yourself with a libel case on your hands.

Robert Menzel has been in discussion with the relevant members of TG for some time before this announcement.

Gasman - I'll try to answer your 2 questions:

1. Tom Evans currently owns 450,000 shares in the Company and his wife owns 3.1m shares. Tom also lent the company 4.5m shares he owns to part fulfil a placing back in 2023

2. Lunn owns no land associated with PPP in Texas. A company in which he is the largest shareholder called Petroquest Ltd lent PPP $5m with a charge against one of the wells PPP has a lease on in Texas.

Lunn personally owns just 1,404 shares in PPP although another company called FHF Capital in which he is a director owns 3.18m shares
