Sharebel - good post. I think however FCA require interim results 3 months after accounting period end which would have been end September 24 meaning they should have been lodged by 31 December 24. I think Companies House may have slightly extended time periods but seeing as it was the FCA who suspended the shares I assume we should be adhering to their requirements.

Hopeinforgain- all I can say Lunn has got a fight on his hands this time. There is already evidence he has flouted the Companies Act. I think he’s cancelled the AGM because he knows it would be unlawful as PPP's own Articles of Association say the report & accounts have to be issued to shareholders at least 21 days before AGM

The delay in publishing the accounts is baffling. We were told they were with the auditors at the end of October so why it takes 3 months to complete the audit is a mystery. Even if they have found something they cannot sign off their report should reflect this not just delay indefinitely unless the company is in the process of sorting out the issue in which case they should tell us after all this time.

NU - you make a very good point. From what I can see it is at the discretion of the FCA whether a share is de- listed or not and it can be considered after 6 months in suspension. However I am sure Robert in particular will be very keen to keep the listing and presumably will be in discussion with the FCA

Zag - I am sure he is working to achieve this as quickly as he can. Don't forget that both GV and PPP will benefit by moving on from this horror show and getting some oil and lithium out of the ground ASAP.
