I've seen some legal websites which say a majority of directors can remove a chairman.

He's still showing up as a member so my guess is he's got a time limited ban. We'll see if he returns in 3/7 days

Be very surprised if that's how it all pans out. Think they will open themselves to legal action if that's the case.

Djm - wouldn't hold your breath expecting a sensible answer from Flagstaff. I've emailed them several times and just got a standard reply " refer to RNS" every time.

Djm - it hadn't started on 31 January when he said it had been adjourned. If he meant postponed then why weren't shareholders told it had been reconvened for today? He would have had to have given us 21 days notice anyway.

Tiger - nobody misread the last RNS. You can't adjourn a meeting that hasn't started. End of.

My understanding is that if the AGM is rescheduled soon then there will be no need to call an EGM but if Lunn procrastinates then it will be called.

Why do you think no EGM will be called if the AGM is not rescheduled. I think it certainly will be. Lunn will not be allowed to drag this on ad infinitum.

Zag - I agree. It's very bizarre. Can only assume there is some malevolent influence at play here with the blessing of LSE/Jarvis.

Let's hope it's a pivotal week. So refreshing to see a "normal" board discussing the company sensibly. Let's hope disruptive influences do not return.

If that were the case 80% of all posts on every share on LSE would disappear. Posting rubbish isn't against the site rules as you've just proved.
