I've never seen Anton personally listed anywhere as a major shareholder in PPP. They were all held in companies he had some financial interest in but I'm sure as hell Lunn will know and that's why he wants this vote to go through. I hope he's in jail before he has any chance of pulling this off

There have been hours and hours spent by a select few on TG to get this all in place. Not including me I must add.

Bear in mind also that it has been copied in to all the regulatory authorities including the FCA and the Serious Fraud Office.

Rob - why do you want to join TG?

My personal view is that Lunn will never resign of his own free will. He will go when he is voted off the board by either other directors and/or shareholders or is frog marched out of the building in handcuffs.

Here's one example from less than a month ago.

"Lunn’s the chairman and the very best, he is there to stay until he decides to leave on his own, you, the so called magnificent 7 and the TG group can do absolutely nothing about that…so get use to it"

I'm not sure that's true. There have been plenty on here in the past saying Lunn would be our saviour. How wrong they were.

Just hope it persuades any waverers to vote NO now they can see what Lunn is really up to.

Sscss - I take no credit at all for this. I am merely the messenger. Two dedicated groups on TG have spent hours and hours researching this to try and protect all private shareholders from Lunn's activities.

For those of you who think the TG are part of the problem and for those who have not yet made up their minds on how to vote please see the attached letter which I have authority to share. I hope it opens the eyes of a few on here as to Lunn's real motives and that a lot of work has been done by a dedicated group on TG.

Zag - the AGM was adjourned ( as per RNS dated 17 February 2025) so technically and legally it hasn't taken place yet

My understanding is for ordinary resolutions it's 50%+ but for special resolutions it's 75%+

Delta - all that would be illegal as they haven't held an AGM for over 15 months. Also it wouldn't cover the 80m warrants granted to GEM

Yes got mine via email on Friday from Halifax. Only 2 resolutions :

1. To authorise the Directors to allot shares

2. To disapply statutory pre-emption rights

Nowhere near. I'm in Evraz and that's been suspended from LSE for over 3 years.
