Regardless of whether a main listed company's shares are suspended or not it does not negate the legal duty to publish the Annual Report & Accounts within 6 months of its financial year end according to Companies House.

Unless you are filing your company’s first accounts, the time normally allowed for delivering acceptable accounts to Companies House is:

9 months from the accounting reference date, for a private company

6 months from the accounting reference date, for a public company

Zag - there is no doubt that Lunn is pursuing the guarantor for the debt. Proof has been seen. The other thing that is strange is that the loan is not repayable until 31/12/25 so why call it in now?

And Lunn should have informed the market of this

Zag - if Lunn is pursuing a private individual who acted as guarantor for the Petroquest loan then it is no longer PPP's debt. He can't pursue 2 different entities for the same debt at the same time. Hence it should be removed from PPP's balance sheet.

He's still trying to find the 300,000 shares he never owned.
